Anyway, I was bored and decided to do a quick list of character updates we should be expecting before December 3rd.
Special Moves
Metaknight? (featured in the How to Play Special Moves update)
Lucas
Kirby (most likely Kirby Hats)
Pikachu
Samus
Zelda
Bowser
Donkey Kong
Yoshi
Peach
Ice Climbers
Final Smashes
Wario
ZSS Samus
Metaknight
Snake
Lucas
Zelda
Peach
Ice Climbers
Since time’s running short between now and the game’s release, there’s a good chance we’ll be getting double and triple updates in higher frequency in the coming weeks. Also, while I doubt all the music will appear on the site, we seem to be getting at least one song per series represented. We have yet to hear music from the following series:
Fire Emblem
Donkey Kong
Kirby’s Dreamland
Earthbound/Mother
Super Mario Bros.
Ice Climbers
F-Zero
Ashley’s a character from the Warioware series (first appearance was Warioware: Touched, I think…). Can’t find a decent-sized pic at the moment, but here
still waiting on that capn falcon update…so we can at least hear the song…I hope they do a heavy guitar version of Mute City and Big Blue and something else from the F-zero series since Mute and BB are obvious
heh a complete sensory overload of the game before it comes out…jesus christ i hope they don’t do that too us caue i da know if i could handle it lol…i’d be going nuts everyday and clotheslining bitches for fun.
and i guess it’s because the english voice sort of threw me off…cause i know i had seen ashley before and the english voice didn’t exactly sound like a lil witch girl was singing it…so it made me lift an eyebrow. I haven’t really listened to the original source track for ashley but even so i will say that i like what they did with the music…especially the beginning lol so like i said it will probably grow on me…I already know that as soon as the soundtrack for this game becomes available i’m dling it.
I dunno. Her Japanese voice sounds cuter even though she is basically talking but the American version the person can actually sing and hit high notes. I say they are about the same judging from the one minute you hear. Different but they still work.
That’s true, but it’s still possible that her theme song being in the game means she’ll appear in some capacity. Maybe she’ll be the Warioware Subspace boss?
This is a post on Emily McIntosh’s MySpace. She’s the singer in the surprisingly catchy Ashley theme, and interestingly enough she describes her experience working on the game as character voice acting - which leads me to believe that Ashley will not only have her own dialogue, but she’ll appear in the game beyond just having her own song.
By the way, check out her song Play Castle on her front page. It’s a really soulful track, and I’ve come back with an appreciation for McIntosh’s talents.
