The list is made up of people asking for characters they want to be put into the game in a Japanese poll. Every day, Monday thru Friday they take 10 comments/suggestions that Sakurai likes and they put them on a comment board, not every suggestion is of new characters of course. The list is made up of the names of characters that have been suggested. No one on the list has been confirmed as of yet, but these are the characters under consideration as far as we know. Sakura Wars was the first game (no, the Tengen Sega licensed titles that appeared on NES don’t count, mainly because Tengen made them, and Tengen wasn’t an official Nintendo 3rd party and did everything illegally, like their Tengen Tetris), that Sega has ever put on a Nintendo platform (Gameboy Color), and they did this back when the Saturn was still around too. Sega did this back then because they didn’t have a handheld, so making a GBC version of one of their biggest franchises was a no-brainer. Also I believe they also released a sequel on the GBC as well. And Sega even got Nintendo or something to help them make a Pocket Sakura like Nintendo’s Pocket Pikachu back then.

Can’t confirm this really right now but according to Bunnyflip of Gamefaqs both Lupus from Jet Force Gemini and original Ganon/Ganondorf have been added to the suggestions.
Ganon transforming back and forth between pig-face and 'dorf would be hot. Especially since they might be separating zelda and shiek into their own characters.

In response to your question, yup. In FE6 the Sword of Seals could be used as a item to heal Roy fully. In addition to the HaX0RZ power level and ranged attack.

I’d think Sakurai doesn’t want some some English directly translated to Japanese crap. Learn a little about grammar first and the way the language works(Japanese). If I were him I’d disreguard to obviousness. If he wanted English, then you might as well just write this way.

Also, please, system and balance mentions as well. I’m sure the Sakurai knows of this, especially when the fact that he has so many people that actually play the game on his developement team. If I’m not mistaken one person has said something about this since I’ve last checked the comments.
