Yeah, I too am getting anxious for confirmation of the Captain, and my homie Mr.Game and Watch. Damn all of you to hell who don’t like him! When I unlocked that guy it was like Mega Christmas since I had a few G&Ws as a kid.
That bit on Great Aether did not do the move justice. Great Aether needs to be seen in motion to truly appreciate its greatness.
Yeah, they totally missed the 3 second mid-air fiery Omnislash that occurs before he smacks them back down to earth…which is the best part of the move.
Well, at least that’s finally most of what we learned at E for All out of the way (except for the running-tripping thing, which I refuse to call by that other name) It’s been a long ass time since we got a char…even a veteran.

Crap update, I don’t see a lot on here saying Ike is their “must have” character. I like him though, being a fan of the Fire Emblem series, so I might have to bust him out a few times.
No sign of the Captain yet, this is starting to worry me…who knows how many more updates we will receive. I bet when they do introduce him they will show a movie clip of him saving someone. Like Sonic, Diddy, Fox and DK are about to be owned by an army of Koopa Troopa’s or something and Captain is all like “Show me your fuckin’ moves!” then goes apeshit.
To stop my ranting for the day, I actually like Lucas’s move set. It is similar enough and different enough to appease me. I like the idea of fire and ice charged blasts, as well as the magnet to suck up projectile’s. I still hope for Ness to be unlockable (Shouldn’t be too hard) but he seems neat.

When I saw Ike’s final smash I thought of Ken’s shinshoryuken, since it’s nothing but an upgraded version to his uppercut move.

For the last time wave dashing is not that fucking important excuse my aggressive reply. But if you can’t play because it’s not in the game don’t even bother.
Wavedashing not important? Ever played Luigi? I do, and it makes him a completely different character. It helps him out so much.

ooor, you could just “learn” brawl, just hopping on it and trying to play it like melee probably wouldnt work so well, considering things have been changed.
In all honesty though, this conversation has been had many times, but i understand if you didnt read it, since its not fun to read through many pages on speculation/people calling things, which i dont mind, but thats what the majority of this thread is :bgrin:
