Pikmin stage: FULL OF FUCKING WIN.
What reason could Sakurai possibly have to delay our version by a month, but only delay the Japanese version by a mere week?
I smell something fishy here. There’s either something really cool in the works (like a new character who they had trouble finding an English VA for or something), or something really grimy about to come up (possible censorship of certain elements of the game?).

yeah…I know…I’m trying to look on the bright side of shit. No more Heroes is going to actually get the attention it deserves now…period. It doesn’t have a choice…>.>
since this delay was only one month as opposed to the last time they delayed it…we don’t get a character that uber…They felt Olimar, his music, and his stage would be enough to suffice. That’s why I said I’m afraid of character updates now…:(.
It’s going to be a full month or so after the game is released in japan before it reaches our shores…There’s no way in hell I’m going to avoid any of the spoilers from the game…There’s going to be vids popping up all over the place of gameplay, the story, character’s move sets, stuff that can be unlocked. I guess I’m figuring what the hell…might as well hear it…It’ll help pass the time till the game comes out…Unless all of a sudden…‘MEGAMAN IS IN BRAWL…>.>…and the game is delayed till JUNE!’
im thinking it has something to do with online play maybe? that seems to be a good reason games get delayed, is trying to perfect the online play or set up more servers etc, just a guess though.

I predict we won’t get our hands on this game until the holiday season.
As for the reason for the delay, I guess it’s because of the online. Japan only got a one week delay because online gaming isn’t that big over there, so keeping the servers running smoothly won’t be much of a problem. Now Nintendo has a whole month to collect data so they can apply to the American servers, since online gaming is a lot bigger over here.
I am the only person in the entire history of the internet who is happy about the delay.

I’ll probably have a PS3 by then if they bundle Dual Shock 3’s with um and DMC4 is out.
If they put Pac Man in it, that will be it for me. I think I would have to make the Pac Man my main.
Also, I think they just want the Japs to get better at the game then us. That and Nintendo has NO idea how to make anything online work properly. Especially a game with a user base the size of Smash Brothers. First night up in America, the servers are going to crash, instantly.

Haha. It’s perfect timing for me (I’ll be on spring break the week after Brawl is released:sweat:). But that does suck, since the U.S. will unfortunately find out the secrets leaking on the net. But the guide book at www.gamestop.com still says it’s coming out the 5th of February? Hmmm. :looney:

We all knew this would happen because they started giving us good stuff. Good stuff they could have easily surprised us with as game secrets.
On a more serious note, the pikmin stage made realize, I have PTS and thus, will never face anyone on that stage online or in person because of tears and shaking.
Nintendo has become the new Capcom, they could just release the game and release any updates or patches…damn Nintendo your gonna lose if u keep this up.
