I was using internet explorer on TZ and IE was so shitty that if I could press submit post multiple times before the page loaded I could have 18-20 of the same post. I went around raping the forums.
Site admin said that the only reason I’m getting a warning was because I was a premium member. I think his name was Castel.

oh I got cvs2 banned too. from xbox live for a week for winning too much. there was a “report” tab where you can report anyone for anything and xbl automatically bans you. so I must have been reported by every clown that lost to me.
smoothcat got that ban too. but microsoft removed that report setting because they realized how dumb and useless it was.
I have been warned a few times on there many years ago for disagreeing with posters about my strategies. Apparently they weren’t cookie cutter enough. I argued why I ran what I did but of course no one liked to be called out on stuff so rather than understand things, I just get told not to be harsh to criticism. I recall Making one final post ranting about how things there are ran and haven’t logged in since… Not that I need to care if I got banned or whatever.

Back in my day we didn’t have gamefaqs or cheap comeback mechanics to help us to win games. People that wanted the easy way out had to invest money and buy a game genie.

You want instant gratification with minimal effort, if you don’t win the other person must be a cheat and must therefore be on the receiving end of a barrage of highly original insults regarding race, gender and sexual preference, and of course lengthy details about what they did with your mom last night. And because of that, they aren’t newbies, they’re scrubs. Anyone posting in the saikyo dojo complaining the game is too hard, and why their secret mashing technique isn’t working, and writes a 1000 word essay on “thinking about quitting because I suck” deserves to get trolled.

Well I had already had posted mine in the general video game thread, but I basically got banned for pointing out the fact that Anita Sarkeesian said she doesn’t play video games and how that could take out some of the context in a thread about Anita Sarkeesian.
I think I said this on this forum too, but on another forum someone was asking if Ciara or Niki Minaj is sexier and I said I’m not attracted to Ciara at all because I used to think she was a tranny. Then I was banned.

wizard banned myself and mixup off srk for talking about how bad the ps3 port of mvc3 was. 1-2 years later, we were proven correct and wizard changed systems.
I can’t think of a dumber reason to get banned honestly. Helping the community receive a better tournament because the port,or anything else that would allow a better tournament, that lets people play properly is something wizard\EVO staff should receive with open arms. Its the FGC, not a dictatorship…
