This has to be a mistranslation or something. It just has to be. Too good to be true. I’m not even mad about the nerf to st. LP. It just helps her frame trapping game. An opponent with an incentive to press buttons under pressure is an opponent more easily opened up.
they’ve nerfed juri into oblivion and she wasn’t a very strong character to begin with…why her anti air of all things?! Seriously questioning the logic behind her jump j.hp nerf.
I just knew they’d hurt poor Juri…So unfair. Damn people whining about not being able to jump at her. Better give Asuka some good buffs to balance it out or else I’ll be a very sad panda.
Every time they nerf Juri, I look at the change log and all I can see is the complaints of online players being addressed. Usually its not THAT bad, but its really adding up against her now. Whatever. Just need to put in even more work.
so in essence they punish juri for have a tool? an anti air in a game where jump ins are really good. Juri is still viable but why punish her for that? It’s not herp derp. You get that freely if they jump in. That’s yours.
Yeah, I hear you. That makes sense obviously. People need to learn how to not jump in so much, especially against a character like Juri who can punish it better than most. But instead, they moan and groan until the patches fix their problems. I just hope the hitbox change on cr.HP doesn’t break it too much.

• Solar Plexus Strike - Frames reduced by 2 (+5 on hit / 0 on block) Yeah cause that totally makes up for destroying my pokes.

• Shoryuken: on hit 40->30

I’m probably exaggerating a bit because I haven’t seen the extent of the hit box nerfs. I hope my grumbling provides entertainment value for someone though.
Haha no prob, it’s well deserved. I’ve considered picking her up a few times after seeing you pull off those target combos in succession, but my execution is not good enough for that kunoichi girl :’(
Execution is a skill developed almost exclusively by repetition and practice. If you find something difficult, don’t just write it off saying “my execution just isn’t good enough”. Instead think “I just need to practice more”.

Though they could remove all her normals and leave her with cr.mk and fuhajin as he ronly moves and I’d still play her, so I’m kinda’ dumb that way lol.
I do try to practice her in moderation, though I am not good enough with her to actually use her against other competent players. I see you and Alex_Kamisama pulling out those combos like nothing, I’ve yet to even land them in training mode yet. I’m not giving up though, her alt costume alone is enough to make me get better with her! Haha
Being that I started playing seriously with SfxT, I wouldn’t know much about her in SF4. Was she faster or something?
