Also I was checking other characters to see if they had LC dashes. So far none of the top tiers have that. Scratch Chun-Li, Nina, Kaz, Hwo, Law and Raven off the list same with Jin. Ryu and Bison do also not possess a LC dash.
Regarding the LC dash when I Karen kick with Juri (forward throw) and dash x3 which takes 60 frames to cross the screen. Now Since I can’t LC a dash into a dash I should be able to LC the last dash into something giving me 59frames to cross the screen instead of 60 no?
Well. Actually you did most of the hard work. I got the guide beside me and your Doc. I’m just doing simple calculations. Takes a while though. I didn’t take into account LC moves for characters other then Juri since I don’t know them. People can add it as we go. I put it into MS word. I don’t know how to do a spreadsheet properly. I’m rolling with the word for now. Whew.
Thank zUkUu, he showed me his passion which convinced me to do it. He just has to show up 3 months later to strike out “months” and put in “years”
About link cancelable dash, I skimmed through the values in BAC files, and I understand why Juri’s dash is link cancelable. Fortunately, Juri’s case is solidifying my theory. It’s just that there are exceptions to this which makes me hesitant from using data to find all the LCable moves.
If I’m suspicious of a character’s forward dash, it’s Poison.
Gotcha. Also street umm this is regarding Xiaoyu. After I do a cl.hp CADC dash she’s supposed to be at -3…but I punish it with Ryu’s super which is a 4 frame…slower dash maybe?
Quick question…exactly how much slower does Kazuya get up from face-down compared to the rest of the cast? Cody’s back throw safe-jump set-up doesn’t work on Kazuya since he gets up from that position so slow, but perhaps if I had the exact frame difference I could figure out a different set-up from that.
11 frames. Kaz gets up 11 frames slower then everyone else while laying on his stomach. Basically just do your safe jumps as if he was on his back. his stomach and back don’t change. They are the same, unlike the rest of the cast.
