"Just in case you haven’t seen our ‘Update’ announcement I’ll publish it here. I’m delighted to announce some very exciting news!
Although the KickStarter campaign has built a little slowly it has brought a couple of supporters to us who really love what we are trying to do. In fact they love it so much they are going to back us with the money we need to get started.
So we are pleased to announce that we look like we are good to go, and our vision of a Street Fighter series made by fans for fans will happen.
So we’d like to thank everyone who has pledged. Your support has been amazingly encouraging, and we really feel that without you we’d not be where we are. So we’ve taken the decision not to delay getting on with things, by letting the campaign run, and we are going to withdraw the project.
It also means that you, our friends, will not have to dig into your own pockets to help us out, much as we know you were happy to do so. Your pledges will be cancelled. Most of the rewards we’ve published will be available later through commercial channels, so DVDs, t-shirts and books will still be available to you at some point.
Thanks again you’ve been brilliant supporters and in a very real way have made it all happen.

That cast list is looking legit. I’ll definitely donate if a kickstart fund ever start. As hilarious as the past SF live-action were, there has to be at least one decent one.
Good news everyone! Today we started shooting the series
Hi SFAF supporters…THE TIME HAS COME. Tomorrow (July we begin filming SFAF and will attempt to create something that is beyond your wildest dreams. It has been an incredibly tough, sometimes impossible road to get to this point, but faith, passion, determination and a ‘never give up’ spirit has gotten me and my awesome team to the start line. Wish us well and look forward to daily updates starting very soon!

We may have been quiet, but that is only because we have been madcap busy. We’re still pursuing your, and our dream, of a great Street Fighter movie. I’m pleased to report that significant progress has been made! There will be a big announcement today at San Diego Comic Con. So the big news announced at San Diego Comic Con was not that we are going to start filming…but we are actually filming ‘Street Fighter: Assassin’s Fist’!
We started on Sunday last (14th) and we’ve just ‘wrapped’ the first week of shooting. That means we’ve got about 20 minutes ‘in the can’.
As you know we’ve attracted some of the up-and-coming Japanese acting talent, as well as experienced veterans like Togo Igawa, and (as if things couldn’t get any better) Hal Yamanouchi http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0945563/ joined us at the last minute. Those of you following ‘The Wolverine’ will know Hal has a key role opposite Hugh Jackman.
Unfortunately Kyle Pryor couldn’t join us as ‘Mr Masters’ – he had other shooting commitments – but we were super fortunate to replace him with Mark Killeen from ‘Game of Thrones’ http://www.imdb.com/name/nm2075330/ .
There is still a long way to go, another five weeks of filming and then editing, but we are up and running.
