Capcom were present at this year’s San Diego Comic Con for Street Fighter Anniversary. During this year’s panel Ono made a surprise appearance to make a special announcement.

After asking fans if they wanted a Darkstalkers game, Ono played a video from Joey Ansah and Christian Howard, the creators of Street Fighter Legacy.

The scripts are written, and they promise they will be fans’ wildest dreams come true. It’s called ***Street Fighter: Assassin’s Fist***, and it’s being made through an agreement with Capcom. i look forward to. I liked the short vid they made a couple years ago. It was really faithful to the source, with Ken and Ryu even using their characters normals and not just their specials. Was cool.

I don’t want a shitty live action show, I just want a full 26 episode, multi season spanning, animated series not done by Canadians or Group TAC. Get Madhouse to do it for reals with a REAL director and some AWESOME writers. Give it at least HALF the budget they give these crap as Harem and titty/moe animes and it will be fantastic.
