I’d like them to stay serious. Too many unintentional funny moments in past SF shows.

Yep. That’s why I keep watching the Van-Damme movie mostly because of those funny scenes, especially the Zangief ones.
well i think the mystery is why isnt he with his dad. was she murdered? is ken needing protection? like i said they are deviating from the original story so im curious kens details.

I’m glad they ditched trying to use that fake face they did in Legacy. Gouki’s appearance is too unnatural to fit any ethnicity. That’s a good enough job. Hair should have been wilder though. However, my favorite of Gouki’s 3 stages is this one:

The only issue is that the gi isn’t dark enough.
The hair was wider in Legacy, looked very unnatural and more caricature IMO
Akuma gi has always been very blue

Yeah, I know his gi is a dark blue. But from the 3 stages, the darkest is Gaku Space Gouki.

Here’s something I noticed. Why does Joey look bigger than Akira when Gouken is suppose to be bigger than Akuma? I hope when you guys go to season 2 and Akira-san get to reprise his role, I hope he gets to be bigger than Joey.
someone told me scott adkins is supposed to be guile in season 2. i have no clue if thats a rumor or not since i have looked it up yet. but i def saw scott post the trailer on his offical facebook page.
In an interview w/ Joey, He menitoned that he’s eyeing Scott Adkins for Guile. Scott himself posted this fan-made pic on his FB page, it kinda shows that he’s interested for the role.
lol i have no shame in saying i legit messaged my friend whos a stuntman in the series to message me the min they audition for sean. i will give up everything to play that part.
pretty much the only dream stunt roles for me would be something dealing with power rangers, ninja turtles and street fighter lol.

Joey ans Scott are close, so provided the sequel gets green lit, it would be a high probability he’d take the role. I’d have to beg Joey to put some classic Van Damme Guile lines in it.

What would the sequel deal with then? I assume Guile and Chun-Li investigating M. Bison. Who has his cohorts in Vega, Balrog, and Cammy (At the time) with Guile looking for Charlie and Chun-Li investigating her father’s death. Can end with the set-up for the tournament.
My theory anyways.
Saw the main trailer a couple of days ago and holy shit, it was fucking awesome! I’m totally sold!
