Birdie’s charge move gets reset after he is hit, even on block? I noticed a few times now that it didn’t come out when i released the punch button.

I’m curious about that World Warrior title, i’ve fought 2 people with the title and their rank is a much lower than mine yet I’m still at Grand Master. capcom employees? the fabled whitelist?

Yea I was surprised myself, when you go to your fighter profile click R1 to go to battle log and all the matches you played will be listed and when you click on them the option to watch them will be at the bottom.
True, i’m being somewhat more successful. After combo fighter 4 he just feels odd to me. Part of the problem might be that now EVERYONE is using cammy and she’s hella fast. I don’t know how to deal with this situation XD.
I think it might be a lower rank title. Grandmaster seems to be the highest right now

I keep alternating between being beta grand master and world warrior. I have no idea how or why really. I’ve been on a crazy losing streak with birdie and i’m now just beta test warrior, idk.

Hmmm, so it seems that your win rate determines what your title is then. It’s weird though, because my win rate is pretty damn good and I’m still only rank 7 with 100+ matches and probably 90-100 of those I’ve won.
If you play well enough you skip titles. For example most of the people who hit grandmaster, skipped over master,
I suspect we may be capped at 7 and Beta Grand Master
I still think it’s bugged because I was going undefeated and I’d still ranked down from Grand Master to Beta Test Player for a few games for what seems like no reason at all.
I’m playing like way worse tonight than last week and I never hit grandmaster before. So it’s pretty weird.
I don’t think it’s based on wins…more…how well you do in a match.

Finally fought some Cammys. She is pretty dam HAM. Gotta make sure I have punishes on those DPs because a counter hit DP hurts. Good buttons too although her V Trigger seems kinda situational. If you’re patient and let her burn on her specials on block you can kinda go back to what you were doing. It is pretty powerful though as it improves her already strong combo game and basically makes spiral arrows safe on block.
Seems she doesn’t have a jump cross up anymore which is kinda like Sabrewulf in KI. She’s all about ground cross ups with V Skill or piercing block crosses with cannon spike in V Trigger.
Even still. I’m dropping way more combos and missing punishes like crazy compared to before and I still some how have a grandmaster title.
