Was it stated anywhere that stun is standard for all characters?

Birdie is too OP
His full screen command grab is hilarious. I love catching fireball spammers with it.
I’ve been straight sitting on people with Birdie, I don’t think they realize you can jump out of his kick command grab.
I think I only played against 1 Ryu, 1 Chun and the rest was Nash mirrors. 
Im rushing people down with birdie lol. He hits like a truck and combos so easy
I saw some cool stuff with Birdie at E3, but now i can’t remember them all
His Critical Arts goes thru fireballs, correct?
So Cammy’s cool. Been kinda ignoring her but holy fuck she’s fun. She doesn’t have anything to crazy, but what she does have gets the fucking job done.
I’ve gone through the whole cast and I really like them all.
Birdie really is crazy. I haven’t beaten one yet, but I don’t see many. He’s pretty fun to fight, though. Slowly getting better with Cammy and having a blast with it. Finally getting win streaks where last beta I was getting pretty dominated.
Can’t believe it, somebody seriously rage quit on me… pulled the plug right as he lost.

Not really a fan of Birdie; he’s just so damn sluggish. Bison may have no walk speed but he makes up for it in other areas.
Cammy’s dive kick is pretty bad, but her ground game feels good

I’m trying out birdie and getting ROCKED. I’ve never been a heavyweight user so I might be unfamiliar with the playstyle. I can’t really find a way to close in.
Got some good matches in today, but I didn’t know you can watch the replays of your matches in the beta.
Just be patient and use his normals to zone people out and force them to come to you. Eating donuts and throwing cans makes people anxious, and they’ll be more likely to do dumb shit that you can capitalize on with his damage.
Wait, what? That’s news to me lol.
Maybe nobody will agree with me but when its lagging I still prefer Sf4s netcode. The rollback is too confusing and irritating.
