How is Rashid doing in your tier list?
Ricky ate literally every random armor move. Had he blocked even 1 he would have taken that set. He also could have have taken it by just doing meaties in some situation he had a guaranteed one but didn’t. Not sure he understands a real meaty beats her reversal. Mika is free on wakeup, but dat mika damage is rough for sure.
Rashid is pretty low for me at the second. His neutral is particularly solid and he seems designed to ‘dedicate’ to his mixup options while several characters can beat his stuff relatively easily. Cammy I think eats him alive since she wins the neutral and her uppercuts literally eats all of his wind ride mixups for free.
Not saying he can’t win, but none of the gimmicks I’ve seen have been as strong as someone like Mika so his weaknesses seem more glaring when he doesn’t have something like charged HK to gimmick his way in. Literally day 2 none of his shit is going unpunished on my end, give it a few months and he is going to have to work pretty hard for his wins in some matchups.
