Yes, we’re mostly doing casuals at people’s apartments now. The beijing arcade scene is busy cramming for SBO, but most of the foreigners have moved on to super. Just let us know when you get here. The more the merrier.

I’m heading to the shanghai expo this weekend, so now would be a good time to get plenty of Tekken in so we can play fighting games when I get back.

I just noticed this. Hope you had a good time bro. How was it? A colleague here at work told me it was a pain in the ass. Lines were too long and most pavilions were uninteresting. David fell asleep at some point so Raas and I were able to get some SSF4 on. 
Next weekend I’ll be working due to the upcoming Dragon Boat festival but maybe I can squeeze some time and host casuals.

Some ??? put me on blast in a stream chat the other day, I saw “???” and said “???”. they said I needed to study harder or something, lol. ? was one of the last characters we learned in my 2nd semester of Chinese just this Spring, but I’ve never seen it used that way, only as “even”, e.g. "he can’t even write “?”. Is that usage something like saying “nice combo”?
yea it just means nice combo ?? is combo
this is probably easier to explain in chinese ? ???"??"? “??”? “??”??? “?” ??? ??? ??? ??? A better english translation would be “connect” I guess
its similar to how “even” in english can mean “he can’t even do this” (???) but it can also mean “get even with someone” (???)
