There haven’t been one game that actually left the top tiers alone and only buff the low tiers. If they did that, people would just whine about how the game didn’t change enough, which isn’t really a bad thing if all they are doing is just a version update. So instead of bringing the lower tiers up to the level of the top tiers, they bring the top tiers down to the level of the lower tiers. BUT that DOESN’T WORK because the lower tiers wasn’t given the necessary tools to compete in the first place. It just makes the game boring, just look at the alpha 2 and alpha 3 update.

I’d also say “make the parry hp+hk with a whiff animation and have it not fill the super guage” but that would be too good…

Other features you can do
You can add a character basically replacing shin akuma there maybe extra room in rom 30 for sound fx for it.

The return of Ken’s theme if you get rid of round one or round two sections of a character’s theme.

The only request I have is fix region 0x80 (widescreen mode and dev mode well not the dev mode part).

And on top of all that TONE down those combos and supers. some of the new supers are too strong.

I appreciate the sentiment of this game, but the name is dumb, the new supers are dumb and the changes are dumb.

Why the fuck do Shinryuken and Gouki’s SA3 need launchers added into the moves like some retarded SF4 Ultra?
How are they going to nerf Yun’s Genei Jin and give 12 a Genei-Jin which is 3x more broken?

If they wanna release a hacked game just for fun, that’s all well and good, but just don’t call it a “rebalanced” 3rd Strike.

Possibly. I got a dual core AMD 4400+ 2.30 ghz processor, 2 gigs of ram, and an HD 3850 video card. I can play on 2DF/Supercade without much problems with dudes between 100-150 ping. But on GGPO I can play a dude with 60 ping and it’s ass, and I can play a dude with 75 ping and it’s decent.

thats because 2df/supercade does not have rollback/lag correction for cps3 games.

The changes affect the tiers, so it IS re-balanced.

Looks like it would be fun. Looks broken as fuck though, but that might not be such a bad thing.

It’s just my opinion, but I think most these changes are more reasonable and interesting than the typical shit you seen in mugen edits, not to mention look less choppy and shitty than mugen does.

Maybe, but that doesn’t mean it looks very good. Why the fuck does Sean have his 3S Dragon Smash animation but his NG/2I animation for the follow-up? If he wanted to put his old Dragon Smash in the game, why just put the whole move back in to replace it instead of chopping it up?
Just what the fuck is going on in Urien’s Ouroboros super? Are the balls actually hitting?

How is giving Chun a touch of death combo with 1 1/2 bars a good idea? Or even just air stomp into air throw?
Or letting X-Copy 12 do 100% in like a couple of hits? The damage scaling is fucking ridiculous.
How long is Q’s SA3 supposed to last? The bar barely goes down at all until you connect.
And who actually wants SF4 style jab, short, jab combo starters?
