You mean like seperate forums for SF comics and regular comics? IMHO there has to be like a MASSIVE amount of people posting solely on Udon’s comics for that to happen, most likely, and such a decision is really out of my hands.
Remember, for a long time the most active thread when this was just an SF Comics forum was the Action Figure thread, everything else got really quiet. Which is a big reason why this was merged with other comic books, because comic book discussion in the General forum at SRK was huge. I think mainstream, non mainstream and Udon comics support this forum well enough to keep it floating by, IE there’s quite a few reasons to stop by here at the very least. No, we will probably never get the crowds that the Fighting and General forums get, but 99.9% of the people who stop by here are really cool.
With regards to special symbols, it would either put a toll on thread creators or force me to go in and edit people’s thread titles which I’d rather not. And something like that discourages people from using Search Engines which this entire forum (and pretty much every other forum on the net) encourages you to do.
Remember, internet golden rule - It is always always always always always **ALWAYS ** better to post in an existing thread than to create another thread. If you run a search for your topic, find nothing or believe that your topic deserves it’s own thread, feel free. Otherwise just look around. If you don’t want to bother with that just PM me and I’ll let you know. My PM box is always open and I tend to get back to people relatively fast.
im also a bit exited to read a sf comic again …it feels like suuuuch a long time ago. the art is maybe not the best ive seen in the series so far ,but its far from awfull.
it looks like they plan to carry out the tournament in real life … pitting charachter vs charachter in the comic book , i really like that idea.
by the way I thought that guy in the Great Britain jacket was Birdie when i read the preview in this post .lol (not that bad charachter design)
the last sf comic i bought was SFII#6 … and i missed the ryu finale manga and something else i think … what was the last official sf comic to lead up to this sfturbo issue ?
Personally I was a bit disappointed with Turbo #1… not a fan of the art style (completely subjective though), and seemed like a very light read. I actually put it down halfway through and did something else for a while, which hasn’t happened with any other SF comic so far.
Biggest disappointment was lack of bonus story though, I was getting to the end and thinking ‘I hope there’s a kick-ass backup story’, but nothing… just some ads of things most of us already have if we’ve stuck with the series this long anyway.
I don’t want to sound so negative, since I’ve really enjoyed everything thus far, but this is the first issue I’ve really questioned whether it was worth buying.
We have planned something REALLY special for Dan. But I need the sales # to justify it… so… go pre-order SF Legends Chun Li, so we can keep the SF Legends line going!!!
Didn’t know it was out so soon, I bought it yesterday.

Story itself is short… we can see that the main characters will be Guile, Chunli, Ken, Ryu, Cammy, Dictator again.
It would of been kinda cool to see Solid Snake in the background as a cameo in Alaska, but that’s borderline copyright infringement :lol:
Art… I dunno. Some pictures are good, some are really meh to me. Ryu looks good, but Ken doesn’t look nearly as cool and badass as he should be/that he was in the first SF series
