Sorry, I never thought I’d have to break this news to anyone, but…
The arcade industry is already dead. Almost all the arcades are already dead, and the ones that are still around are losing money and will be closing soon enough anyway. It sucks. It really does, but it’s not because of XBL. XBL is just giving us something to remember them by.
The arcade industry is flat dead. Personally, in about 10 years, arcades will be an extremely rare sight. Sad, really.

Of course. That is if you compare it to an arcade. But they were saying you can’t land shit on live which isn’t true at all. I can see hardcore arcade players hating on live but arcade gaming is on the downfall and will soon be dead sadly. Online gaming is the future. 
What else would I compare it to though?
On XBL, a whole lot of stuff that is automatic just doesn’t work on Live.
Question: How many times have you been hit with Forward Scissor Kick-> activate-> s. JP-> CC with Bison online.
I’ve never been hit with it, and I’ve only done it myself maybe twice, and I’ve been on Live for almost a year now. That Bison combo is basic shit, and it just doesn’t work on Live (no A-Bisons even try it anymore).
The game is very different (and very dumbed down), but it’s still fun to mess around with.
