Which game specifically?
EX3 can be played on the PC via a PS2 emulator like PCSX2. However PCSX2 isn’t optimized for SFEX3 so you’ll have several graphical glitches but its “playable”. I haven’t checked to see if there is another PS2 emulator, there maybe one that runs it better.
The earlier SFEX games can be played either via MAME or Zinc for arcade, or any PS1 emulator like epsxe, PSx, etc… Depending on if you want to play the arcade versions or console versions.
gohan- ill probably look for the first option you listed, but also will look at my mame options, haven’t run that in a couple year…I keep forgetting these would all be Rom emulators as I recall, I use to get down with mame before 09. thanks ill look into it

Some things that stood out to me:
Pullum has 3 versions of her Meteor, not just 2.
Looks like super cancelling is the way to get Nanase’s 2nd version of her meteor.
Dhalsimcopter? I don’t remember seeing this, but I haven’t played Dhalsim in a long time.
I never saw Zangief give the count to Darun before in their tag.
What is the command to make Kairi enter that alternate mode? I have heard in Japan you can select that version of him on the select screen, but does anyone know the super command to make him just enter that state without using the Shouki Hatsudo?
The zangief count only happens when you win the match with the tag meteor I believe.
And I have the command to make Kairi enter that mode. Though its almost useless. It requires that kairi be done to quarter life or something like that. So you only get a few seconds of the mode before his health drains away and your back to regular kairi mode.

I wonder what possessed Capcom to put so many things in EX that no one would ever discover on their own.

which EX3 movelist isn’t working for you? As far as I can tell they’re working for me in both IE and Chrome.
Though I had a lot of work planned for the website but I’ve never gotten around to it. ie adding frame data to move list page. Maybe adding animated gifs of sections of frames for the moves to see eat active frame and such. So at this point the site is more of a glorified gamefaqs movelist lol
But yeah ARIKA added tons of moves with hidden executions. Like all those variations of skullodreams. 3 variations of Pullums meteor. Though I wonder how the 3rd one is executed now…
And add in Ace’s moves, especially those multi-button ones. Or his “Galaxy” meteor.
and its funny that the current franchise sf4 is a mere “skullo dream” compared to EX3;

None of the EX3 movelists were working. They went to a blank white page. The addresses had a bunch of “” in them. They all work now.
The Japanese EX3 endings are down. I think they were in a zip file. I lost them in my last crash and would love to have them again.
While it is sad that we did not get to see any EX members in a new game, I’m glad that they are not getting mixed in a game with crap character designs like what SF4 has. Every new SF4 character is incredibly stupid. It is one thing to screw up the story, because that does not effect gameplay. When you start adding bad designs, everyone has to deal with it and it never goes away. To hell with SF4.
Yeah, I’m aware of the Japanese EX3 endings being down. Or at least a dead link. Though I just fixed it. So have at it.
