I got the same thing. Here is what I did to get past it. In the first field I put my email address. In the second field I put my title (Mr, Dr, etc). Finally i picked a shirt size. When I hit submit, it sent me to a page that said I was in, and showed a pictured of someguy dressed like ryu, in a full mount position, punching someone in the face. Hope this works for you.
Put in whatever you feel like I guess since their page is broken and it just aint our damn faults.
i put in city state, and it was like “hey henaki, you’re totally in” and im like k.
