the gief playing on hd remix was damdai if u guys didt no.and they had no ps3 pads. all was hori sticks, only had ine set up with 360 pads.

PS sticks were alright to me. One of the Xbox ones in the back were kinda broken, though.

Real lopsided male-female ratio as expected, wonder what it must’ve been like for the females working for Capcom and the club…I saw some cuties here and there but obviously this was THE last place for that kind of action.

Yeah they had pizza at the beginning of the event, half with cheese and half with Peporoni AKA Devil May Cry Dante style LOL! Everyone scarfed the pizza down really fast. By the time I finished the second slice and went back for another there were like 40 + empty boxes… :wow:
Had a really great time! It was cool meeting S-Kill, Yuri, Phae, Makoto Scrub, Henaki (nice Sagat), blazeu25 (great Claw), Hyperhal and MyagiShin X (badass E.Honda) in real life! It was also great seeing old friends Orochi, Kourin-Chan and my old Comic Book Forum Mod partner SFDevotion!
As for my fighting skills in SF4, well every once in a while whenever I played Ryu someone said “Nice combo” and that was enough for my casual ass.

Played some Chun-Li and tried out Akuma and Sakura too. SF4’s shaping up really nice! :woot:
Didn’t play the HD SF2 game but that game is freaking finished and MAAANG Capcom needs to hurry up and release it already. I was surprised at how awesome it looked too! If SF4 is like an Akiman/Ikeno drawing come to life than the new version of SF2 is like an Udon comic come to life! :lovin:
And of course, an extra big shout out goes to Capcom for hosting the event and coming to my old stomping grounds, Brooklyn! Even though I live in Queens now because I dealt with way too many slum lords whenever I rented apartments in Brooklyn I still consider BK my home. Well, I’m not that deep into Queens really and Brooklyn is literally 3 blocks away from me anyway.

I saw Sano, but I didn’t introduce myself. Either way, Bison is still gdlk on console and rapes most of the cast free. I’m so happy. I managed a quick 8 wins, but got bored because I played a bunch at CF earlier.
At least the game is arcade perfect.
