People liked the 2I and NG music? Really? I thought it was pretty bland along with the voice acting for those games. I liked the backgrounds though, especially the train stage in 2I.
Voices in 2I were really bad. The music was awesome though. Way better than 3S.
Even though some characters share the same stage, the backgrounds look boring overall. 2Iâs backgrounds are a lot more âlivelyâ. Iâve been playing lots of 2I just because I like to look at the backgrounds as I play.
Really? I never thought someone would dislike that aspect of 3Sâ sound. Dynamic soundtracks are the bomb.
Some NG/2I music is pretty damn good. Dudleyâs NG theme in particular shits all over his 3S one.
itâd be nice to have the music. backgrounds meh. the tracks from 2i are just really good, they deserve to be heard by a newer crowd.
I never really like the 2I soundtrack. I must be wierd.
Songs changing in between rounds is fine, but in 3S the first song just stops dead, and then awkwardly goes into the next song. Thereâs no smooth transition between the two, its like somebody hit the ânext/skipâ button on their music player lol.
yeah its a great idea to spruce up a 10 year old game by putting in the music of a 13 year old game.
why not go all the way and give it the music from the original megaman just cuz its rad.
all kidding aside the 2i tracks are dope but the fuck, why take away 2iâs coolness . 2i is a fun novelty for 3s players and i think it should stay that way.
what i actually want is to be able to play any soundtrack on the ps3 while im playing 3s and not have it be glitchy like it is in mvc2. just work on THAT feature instead when it comes to music, im sure we all have preferences for tracks and i know i personally play diff tracks depending on the char im playing as. helps me get into the mindset and have generally allot of fun.
as far as helping scrubs, itll be 3 years of playing solid before they could see great advice as what it is. and even then maybe not.

vet: in some situations yes, but donât do it too much. you see that some times good is bad and bad is good. also up is down and down right and the left is up and up is down. do you see? everything changes all the time depending on the matchup the person, the space you are standing, how much meter they have, their abilities to punish this or that and sometimes even if they know how to punish you have to do it anyway because they wonât expect it but donât do tat too much because then they WILL expect it.

in 3s you have to move up the levels of play, its like math how they canât explain the higher concept that creates the lower concept until you just take the lower concept to be true for now and move on.
all in all : just play and think about why you lost and why you won youâll reach new levels of understanding all the time. this is why 3s players are so arrogant or at least come off as so arrogant usually because each and every one of them feels like they have a unique understanding of the game, and its true.
i will say that you could probably write a decent guide on HOW to watch a video to learn from it because just watching it doesnât tell you much unless you know what to look for. ill tell you this thought, not everyone is seeing the same thing in a 3s vid.
I really hope 3s:OE brings new life into 3s. Best game on the planet.

I just put in my street fighter anniversary,playing 3S training mode is hella fun. I might pick yang as a main and ken as my secondary. Also one quick question,is yangâs dive kick random cuz when I do a jump kick I canât seem to get it right. Is it a timing thing?
yes itâs timing and the kick strength that you press. Go into the Yang forums and see if they know whatâs up.
