Since most tournaments do not use judgement for deciding draws, how would you feel if the developers tweaked it for todayās scene?
I donāt know too much about the grading system, but Iām pretty sure someone here can explain why itās broken/inaccurate.

Isnāt the judgement system just purely random? And I donāt see a problem with a draw just being a restart of the game, since itās very rare, and thatās how they do it in every other game.

Since everyone has said itās the most technical street fighter game it seems only logical to put all my play time toward it
SF4 is more technical. 
The ā3S is the most technical blah blahā myth has been going on a while now. But thatās all it is, a myth.
3S definitely requires the most abstract thinking and general thinking out of the box compared to other SF games but itās not necessarily the most technical. You have to play a lot by āfeelā as opposed to A+B=C spacing and frame traps like the old games. You still have to know footsies and option selects and meaty techniques on wake up and stuff but you generally have to have a knack for mixing things up and reacting with parries and red parries in the right situations.
Thatās probably the hardest part of understanding the game is that only so much of it can be taught. The rest of it you have to learn by feel. If Bruce Lee played a SF game competitively he would most likely play 3S.
