In either NG or 2nd impact does Yun/Yang have a special normal (command attack) performed with :r: + :hp:
if so,how does it animate/what does it do?

no they dont
ok thanks i read on a FAQ that they did in both games and the moves had different names implying two different moves. i have never played the game so yeah.
How is Hugo ranked in Second Impact?
At or near the bottom.
He has pretty damn deadly with a corner default stun bar near or full life combo, but I guess he’s still too slow.
Right. Most of his normals are near unusable.
They are the same character in NG. They have their jab short strong combo which can be linked into many things, and the have the strong, fierce, back+fierce combo which can also be linked into many moves. They both have Genei Jin infinites in NG that involve activating more than once.

Me playing, I’m player 2.
Sorry about the execution errors, I just don’t play this game often enough… =/
Does anyone know if the Yun Genei Jin juggle around 21:55 works only on Alex? And is it parryable at all in between?
Jab -> Short -> Strong doesnt exist in NG
A lot of the solid ones from third strike work in this earlier version of the game.
Here are some good ones.
Ibuki:
c.LK -> c.strong xxx hashin sho
C.strong is a great poke by itself and its Ibuki’s number one meter builder. It can also go into hashin sho.
s.LK -> s.MK xx hashin sho.
This is your bread and butter combo, for punishes to everything. It’s easy to verify but that comes at price. Since the damage is less than just doing S.MK into hashinsho.
LP->MP -> HP xxx hashin sho
This is a great punish upclose, because sometimes your opponent can recover before you are able to throw out an s.MK. Ibukis jab comes out quick. Dont bother adding the spin kicks after LP -> MP -> HP for the super cancel. The damage is pitiful.
s.MK xxx Raida (HCB+P)
This is another Ibuki bread and butter. Being 2nd Impact, Raida does a shit load of damage and stun plus it costs no meter. If you’re not using this combo, you should NOT be using Ibuki.
S.MK xxx EX Tsumuji (QCB+KK)
Yet another Ibuki bread and butter. The stun is greater than raida but you use meter. Use this when you’re out of range for raida.
cl.HK xxx SJC xxx J.HP -> F.MK
This is very good stun and it puts your opponent in the reset position. Use it sparingly as cl.HK is punishable on block unless you SJC it.
f.MK xxx hashin sho
Make people afraid to crouch. F.MK is an overhead and easily combos into sa3.
f. MK -> s.MK xxx hashin sho
This works on bigger characters (but not hugo). They have to be crouching.
Thats not everything. But its something.
Sean:
cl.HK xxx Hyper tornado
You have YEARS to fucking confirm this shit. It’s Seans best shit.
Good combos to use post stun:
Ibuki:
J.HP -> s.MK xxx Raida
Thats the only combo that matters when your opponent is stunned and you’re playing this game competitively. As I said in an earlier post, it only takes 3 of these to kill Ryu level stamina. By the time you have him stunned. He will more than likely be killed by this combo.
Yang:
Taunt -> J.HK -> s.MP -> Raishin Mahhakken or EX slashes if you dont have super.
Yangs taunt gives him a huge damage bonus.
Yes it does. I do it all the time.
Show me a video of you are anyone Yun doing Jab -> Short -> strong (LP -> LK ->MP ) IN NEW FUCKING GENERATION.
It doesnt exist in that game.
I’ll see you mofos on 2dfighter. I challenge everybody.

lol, “Boomerang Laid.” But yeah nice vid, thanks for posting it.
^…and Spin Size XD.
Thanks for the vid it was very entertaining
My bad. I just realized that when I input jab > short > strong, it just does jab > strong and it still links.
Yun/Yang in NG had jab strong fierce b+fierce as a target
they could toss as many jabs as they wanted before the strong and as long as the strong hit the rest would work
