Well I usually play Zerg 1v1 and run 15 hatch, use 4 zerglings to scout and try to get Roaches and hydras out fast while teching with 2 evo chambers. If I fail at scouting which has only happened once then i usually go 15 pool and get some lings up. Aside from just having the usual out of practice problems I find I often don’t have the amount of forces I need. I have been using just 3 queens for the most part 2 to pump hatches and 1 to spread creep for map control. I have seen some vids of people getting up to 6 queens. Is there a number I should be looking at? Or a specific race this is used against?
Also I have been optimizing with broodlords against most toss seems to work well against the ones who go SSC. I might not be running enough hydras though for the ones who get out enough voidrays and if that is the case should i mix in corrupters? I probably just need practice.
The biggest problem I am having is 2v2 with my friend I am not sure what my focus should be with zerg. He usually runs teched marines and medivacs. What is a good synergy with terran if i decide to play zerg?

Not much of a spoiler here, but I’m glad of the outcome. The winner was just too damn good, tis all I can say. Also, I don’t believe his competitor was the top in his race, but damn.

They did that for season 2 as well and everyone still cared

I haven’t play SC2 in a long ass time, I quit prolly around FD vs Rainbow finals. I got on today and the metagame has def changed, especially vs Z.
What are the standard T builds these days? I usually just did 3rax and 1/1/1. Does that still hold up in today’s metagame?

Just picked this up and am having a blast with it so far. Just playing through some of my placement games. So hard on a track pad! Need to get back home to grab my mouse. Anyone willing to show me some tips?

Thanks for posting this. I’m going to have to study it when I get the time. My dumb ass broke my (desktop) computer after storing it in my suitcase. I just couldn’t see going a week without playing SC2 while on vacation at my moms w/ nothing to do… No i’m here trying to fix it :sad:
The only thing I do different from his guide is go to roaches before lair if I see a reactor on a factory, and I only started doing this like 2 weeks ago. If a terran doesn’t scan a roach warren, he has no reason to stop making helions. I’ve given away too many games by skipping roaches in this situation, so I had to adjust. Overall though it’s a really solid build if you can handle the micro without sacrificing too much macro.
