None. Those are questions you might want answers too.
The real question that needs answering is: what happens if Chad doesnt like it?
You get in your bomb shelter and pray the world doesn’t end
No, thats me on Mondays
Screen cap this post.
Rian Johnson is done with Star Wars.
If it happens great, if not . . . I’ll buy you a cookie. . . . . choice of milk is either blue or green.
Edit -
On second thought
You can buy already green or blue Almond Milk in the store, no food coloring involved
Honestly, I don’t care what Rian Johnson does. Because whatever he’s doing I won’t be watching it.
Knives out doesn’t even look that bad but god damn it’s a murder mystery. All the clues are gonna point to Chris Evans being the murder and then at the end it turns out that it was some guy that wasn’t in the movie till last 5 minutes lol
I’ll never know. Too much good content out there to waste my time on ole round head.
Looks like there are legitimate leaks coming out. Put them in spoilers.
Hide details, not blur.
I dont think is happening, but i dont think is fully cancelled yet.
Is very likely that they are waiting to see how TRoS performs, and maybe also see if his solo movie doesnt flop.
To gauge if he hasnt become box office poison.
As is right now, he has been a very negative influence on the SW brand, and i dont mean this by how good or bad TLJ is, but his behaviour on social media.
And is clear that his antics has not helped with the image of disney SW.
I wouldnt be surprised that Disney told him to shut up about his trilogy because dont want to have the audience keep associating him with SW at least until Ep9 releases.
I think that’s a fair assessment.
TRoS is not going to flop by any means. It’ll do at least a billion. More than likely it will outperform TLJ as the third movie in most franchises make more. Remember ESB is the lowest grossing movie of the Star Wars anthology films and had similar reactions at the time.
RJ’s response on social media may be seen as warranted. It was months before he started going in on people. Again, it’s childish, but if all you got was being called “round head” and the like by supposed
adults in your feed, you’re likely to snap. The man made a movie that some people didn’t like. That level of vitriol is silly.
Honestly I feel RJ is a really solid director but I do think that his treatment of the story may have been abrupt for those that wanted something more in line with the previous stories. He is significantly better suited for movies outside of the general arc.
Knives Out is probably not going to crack 200 million. On a budget of somewhere under 50 million, if it returns 250% (or 125 million) that’s all the studio cares about. For example District 9 made a worldwide gross of 210 million. Sounds low, but it’s budget was 39 million (not considering if advertising was a part of that) movie was gang busters. Do they want more, of course, but gross does not necessarily mean it bombed. It’s a return on investment.
I always remember that time someone was giving RJ shit on Twitter for seeming pulling Luke’s force projection ability out of his ass which RJ then proceeded to respond by posting a series of photos listing the ability in a pre-Disney SW encyclopedia that he owned. Shit was great. Lol
Force projection was a thing in Jedi Knight: Mysteries of the Sith.
Tesb didnt have the same reaction, lol.
Stop drinking the kool aid.
Also
The shill media is starting to make excuses for tros beforehand in the chance that underperformes.
The movie spanned the gamut from great to meh to “why”. The movie only became a classic years after it’s release.
I really do wonder how “terrible” the outcry for AOTC would have been if it were released today.
SAND KILLS STAR WARS!
This happens with every movie it seems especially with these franchise films. It’s clickbait with this sort of speculation. Everyone just wants to put out predictions to either be hope to be “right” or “first”.
