Del Toro is the kinda director Star Wars need to take it back to being great and not just that “unmissable event” that happens in Cinema, kinda like a James Bond movie.
Abrams is ok, he did good on Star Trek… lol. Well Super 8 was good but the rest of his movies have been shit. We are already prepared for the lightshow and all he needs to do is not fuck up on the scale of the prequels, itll be alrite.
I would agree. Star Trek is one of his better films. I didn’t think Super 8 was bad, but didn’t really care for it either. More-so because it felt like a weak imitation of a Spielberg movie. LOL at the lightshow. I just wonder how much lens flare is gonna be in this one. Someone is gonna have the count for that done on release night.
