What do you mean what the fuck? We just spent 2 years of the vocal SW fanbase shitting all over them for taking risks and being out there, not to mention the vitriol Rian deals with now. If I where that director i would have bailed to. Not worth it.

Of course. It is just concepts after all. There is no telling that even if “that” movie was made that all those concepts would even make it to the final draft.

Huh? Sorry I don’t understand the context.
Since he was the director of Jurassic World, the movie had interesting ideas, but I didn’t care for how it played out. The only memorable moment for me was the ending dino fight scene. When people say that this version of 9 would have been great, I’m a bit more reserved.
Oh the guy who was supposed to do 9 did Jurrasic World? I did not know that.

At some point you just gotta let loose.
The man made a movie that some people didn’t like. All the flak wasn’t that serious.
It was honestly more retaliatory. Then he was going in.
There are some nice concepts in the proposed IX but there are nice concepts in TRoS as well. The execution and what is allowed in modern Star Wars can lead to a lesser production.
As a gaming/genre entertainment fan you hear about unused concepts all the time. You also hear about those concepts being used down the line so have hope I guess.
