I already didn’t like Seth McFarlane’s brand of humor and I felt less like watching a sci fi comedy and more like watching the office is space but writen with bad Family Guy jokes.
Keep in mind, I love Red Dwarf, Futurerama, Rick and Morty, Space Balls, Hated the Obertheh
Might be worth giving the first few a chance. I wouldn’t really define it as a straight up comedy. It does have some serious philosophy in terms of certain subject matter
I gave it 3 episodes and gave up, used to love Family Guy and American Dad but now I just don’t find McFarlane funny anymore.

I’d be fine with Macavoy as a young Picard, he’s a great actor. Acting hasn’t been the problem with Star Trek lately, it’s the writing.

I been watching tng and voyager lately. they my favorite. last “new” one i watched had that dude from Quantum Leap as the captain. i didnt cur for it. the Vulcan broad was hot doe.
Enterprise was unfortunatly pretty mediocre.
I loved how everyone’s afraid to use the transporters on themselves tho lol.
I thought Enteprise was starting to improve when it got canned and proceeded to have one of the stupidest death’s in Star Trek history and a season finale that wasn’t really even an episode of Enterprise.
It was getting slightly better but then it got shit canned so mediocre is where it ended up. Unfortunate but true.
I liked it better then Discovery…

On Archer’s Enterprise, I would be afraid to even step on board.
He has the most crew members killed on screen of any Captain, and majority of them is in one episode.
