playing against sagat (MR T0NY) with boxer and i played like a smart person would- no unessary jumpins, tight block strings, punish accordingly etc. so after i beat him he says

me- really? am i the one who got dashed ultra’d? (at the end of round 2 he kept zoning me with TS so i figured out the pattern and dashed ultra’d ftw)

Finally got my first one in Super tonight, but I don’t know whether to classify it as hate or a compliment. Was using Sakura and got a mirror match in Ranked. The dude was decent, but I wound up out-Sakura’ing him.
Won the match with the now standard EX Hurri > Shinku Tengyo Hadoken combo. And apparently that was the first my opponent had seen it, as he sent me a voice message afterward. Which was surprising enough since I had never gotten a voice message from a random person in vanilla SF4 ever. Anyway, it turned out to be a kid(sounded young), and all he said was “Nice combo, too bad damage scaling f*cks it up though”.
Uh no, no it doesn’t.
Owned a noob guile in endless battle 3 times and i was close to getting the achievement. he kicks me, i msg “u mad loser?”. then i see his name on the list and re-enter his room. i run a streak on him and his buddies and get the achievement.:tup: I get a voice message the next day and he says, “mad? me? fireball spamming in the corner is not respected in the street fighter community bub.”
What got me was the “bub”.

playing a ranked match against a ryu with my Fei, i beat him, wasnt too bad of a match i guess…
i got a message and expected a “nice” “gg” “haha good match” but instead he says
“why is fei so easy?”
and i respond “idk i guess hes one of them thar shotos everyone talks about, i should pick up a more advanced char like ryu”
he replys “ryu might be too tough for you. you should try thawk”
and me “ya your probably right, i guess ill just stick with my shoto, i dont think i can win with an advanced, underplayed, non-scrub char like ryu.”
