I just ran into what has to be the biggest asshole ever. Dude’s gamertag is ThaiFighter83,
After narrowly beating me with Ken in the 3rd round with a lucky ass wakeup Ultra 1, he sends me a voice AND picture message. The voice one was your standard trash talk, “Didn’t see that coming did you bitch?! Kicked yo ass!”. On top of that it came with a picture of himself flipping me off. Can’t believe that crap. That’s just going too far.
will post the messages up later waiting for the next couple he sends but TheDellBingo is one to watch out for , just give him a good whoopin and then you can enjoy the hatemail that follows after he boots you…are all scrubs so ignorant of their scrubiness?
what is a scrubs mentality?
“I accept im a noob therfore i am better than a noob, as i can freely incorperate other play styles into my own” is how your average player will be, but does a scrub honestly believe hes the greatest or close to it and anything that can beat him must be cheating or some form of unacceptable abuse of the game mechanics?
Also i call him a scrub in the assumption a scrub is someone incapable of accepting hes not good and sends hatemail to people for beating him , thats a scrub right?
Personally if I find someone better than me I will play them 100 times in a row just for the experience, but not everyone is like that. If I run into an endless room and start owning everyone and then get kicked I just move on to another room, sending hate mail to someone you just owned 3 times in a row is really petty. Some people don’t want to get their ass kicked all night and would rather play people their own level.
I understand what you’re saying but I play to get better. If I come across a player who beats me consistently, I’d like to keep playing him. Plus, during the match he kept saying “fucking ******” everytime I reversal DP’d him. Shoulda mentioned it, but I see wat ur saying.
Has anyone received voice hatemail before? I got some funny ass ones from a guy named Don Mega 2k6 after a few back and forth text exchanges. First he told me “adapt” and “deal with losing” (he was the one who lost fyi, the first text message he sent me accused me of “lagging” the game in order to win vs his srk mashing ryu).
And the second voicemail i got he made fun of my gamertag.
I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.
I play Rose, I abuse slide -> throw like its no ones business (and then I get smashed in real matches because I get used to not having to do mixups); when flowchart shotos get low on health and start fireballing aimlessly I hang back and absorb them until the stop/timer runs out.
what i find priceless is how people online go to the “i’m fucking your family insult” as though it’s going to be highly effective online… if you don’t know the person that has NO weight what-so-ever. yet these online warriors throw that out there like it’s some bombshell lol
lol I get many mgs from online players and what not, but what had me rolling was this dude who my lil sister added to my list who wanted to get his game up in the bison match up. so me being a Bison player does what a bison player would do, when ever he would spam my mgs box with fight request stating help me la la la, beat his azz till he would stop, I kept getting triple perfects on em, he Raged quit, Then I get this Msg saying.
“U Cheap.”
I reply with, Y thank you.
he response with…
“ur motherfucker go get some fucking skill u spaming ass ****** (The N word) all u do is be fucking cheap and spam the same combos or move when I get up u so fucking sorry”
this all came from LSSJBROLY32 who asked me and my lil sister to improve his game in the 1st place. lol
I don’t think anyone had a dude on the list pop off like that who was on there list mane.
Yeah. I mean I get really frustrated at the game too sometimes, momentarily. I got a couple videos on my channel of me getting blown up by Saqs and at one point I almost Goontecks my stick through the monitor lol.
But in the end, it’s just a game. And when people freak out over it, it speaks a lot about their own personal insecurities.
I just ask " Why are you salty? ". Some players just think their to good to lose, LOSING makes you better and there’s no shame in it. Reflect and learn what you did and what you can change for the next encounter
I THINK I’ve received my first hatemail in Super, but I’m not sure.
I was playing DeeJay in ranked and came across “alienael” playing Makoto. I don’t know much about Makoto, but since she’s described as a mini-Zangief I thought keeping her out was my best shot at winning. I stopped her first two attempts at getting in with fireballs, and then she crouch blocked in the opposite corner while I continued to hammer her with chip damage fireballs. He did nothing to try and avoid them, no jumps, no focuses. Since I’m not too familiar with Makoto, I thought he was building up to an awesome comeback. Maybe using the off-the-wall ultra I know Makoto has, so I threw in some fierce punches to fake out a fireball while sloooooooooooowly chipping him to death.
When he was nearly dead, it was pretty obvious he had no intention of trying to beat me after his first (and only) two attempts to get in had failed.
Not willing to type a message in-game, I used DeeJay to ask: “Don’t forget to download ma album?”, to which he replied “You’ll need to do better than that.”
Fair enough, so I killed him with my last chip fireball.
Start of round 2, he quit.
Then I sent him a message, simply asking “If you were always going to quit, why wait that long?”
To which he replied, and I’m not even sure what this means, it’s almost structured like a poem:
sometimes some guys stop
being stupid and start playing …
for fun, for spirit, for code of
conduct … coz its a game … but …
not you … tss tss tss
I was fighting a Ryu player and it was 1 round each. Final round comes along and I’m maybe 20 % health left and he has 50% left. I hate when people taunt. I think it’s unsportsmanlike to the point that I have my taunt set to “none”.
Anyway, he starts throwing out the “get serious” taunt. I lost it. dizzied him and beat him. Then sent him a message that said “get serious.”
In retrospect, I should have wrote “how’s that for serious?”
sounds like someone is getting frustrated by playing makoto (it really is frustrating playing her against zoning characters). don’t dwell on it, your strategy was correct.
Luckily I have never got any hate mail, I’ve actually got compliments. I don’t think I’m that great, but it’s encouraging to hear.
I’m guilty of sending ‘hate’ mail, but I’ve only been to really serious lag when the connection was green and the message only to saying ‘Nice lag’. Shouldn’t even bother saying anything, though. I usually just review players like that and set them to avoid.
