She more or less only has 1 combo that could 100% stun people in 3s. It only worked on some of the cast. The other versions were basically the same combo with different karas or one less dp.

yeah makoto dudley and ibuki should all be able to parry everything just like they do in SF3. also their speed should be overclocked to 3S speed so the rest of the cast can’t keep up with them.
