If they take her moveset and translate it, and make it suited for the slightly less technical SFIV compared to Third Strike, she’s going to be pretty beastly.
It looks like they’ve taken her first and second Super Arts from the game. Which is essentially one that doesn’t combo (Her first one, the several punches) but probably has good priority. (The evidence this for this one is her stance when the screen goes into Ultra mode + the camera location in one of her pages)
The other looks like how Adon would punish fireballs, ultimately removing the need to properly use each button and simplifying the input recognition, and she’s going to be punishing fireballs with her second Ultra easier then fucking Abel. (This ones obvious.)
I think she’s going to be interesting without a doubt my favorite from 3rd strike, but based on the blog comments by Keno he seems to be hyped about some of the newest characters and I got a feeling she’s one of them.
Gawd, although I love Makoto’s move set, one thing that I really like about her is her animation. I hope they keep her facial expressions in this game. I like seeing her loud mouth and teeth, but it was to be the same style used in 3s.

So is there someone who’s had some hands on time with Makoto around here? Can you still juggle after the SA2 ultra? Does she have super-jump cancels? Can you still cancel her hayate?
Well we’ll have to wait for some better shots to be sure of it, that one pic isn’t very good I don’t think. I think its the scarf and the baggy clothes that give it that effect.

Makoto for life. She really needs her crazy fast dash. But since now her SA1 is going to be an ultra, i predict it will combo after an ex hayate in the corner. I also hope they don’t do something stupid with the damage scaling on the choke, like make it count as 2 moves like an ultra.
