right, except not. she never developed. her moveset is pretty bland, she wasn’t even really all that good in the only game she was in, and her storyline is generic I’VE BEEN PUT IN THIS GAME TO BE A FANSERVICE CHARACTER BY BEING A FANSERVICE CHARACTER’S RIVAL.

Been waiting for this for a LOOONG time. I’ll finally have a stable main in SF4 with Makoto in there, and secondaries that I like between Dudley and Cody. Seriously, Makoto is the only Street Fighter character design I actually like as a character. Except Dudley, Dudley is cool too.
Anyways, I’m a newb Makoto in SF3, but hoping to improve drastically with her in both SF3 and SSFIV. Here’s to our favorite Akane Tendo character ripoff that turned out to obtain her own identity =P
mika and sodom were awesome original characters.
mika wouldnt fit in with hr stupid clown outfit.
but sodom would be an easy and effective midtier that like ANY character could be easily top if his frames were tweaked.
mikas moveset is nowhere near bland. 2 different command grabs = good sf4 character because of crouch tech. she has a slide which are always good moves crouch fierce gives frame advantage/chaining ability on block and hit, launches.
buttslam would be her breaker.
sodom could have close fierce jigoku scrape as his breaker.
seriously mika wasnt good in alpha thats for damn sure but it has nothing to do with her moveset but the frames that accompany them.

I wonder if she will be as quick in Sf4 like in 3s. Her dash was awfully fast. I wonder how well her command grab will work against dping abusers.

Yeah, I wouldn’t want people to be able to react to the dash with an Ultra Combo or anything, lol. It’s like, “I’mma dash in for a command grab” and then all of a sudden my opponent pulls an Ultra and I’m like, “Aw, you mother…”
