No if you read the wiki on mike and bison it states that they are similar but not the same character. Bison was kick from pro boxing for his cheap fighting tactics (headbutts). Mike got the boot for killing some poor guy. Besides mikes wiki states that he has not been seen sense the first world warrior tournament.
