you can “combo” into full u2 after an anti air hk ruffian FADC. timing is quite quirky tho.
also to complete the list nj.hp could also hit (juggle wise) however it would be kinda difficult to do so after a crack kick.^^

also: aa focus attack actually doesnt add a jugglepoint, rather creates a float knockdown(jp0) where *anything *will connect(even normals) & on a floated opponent, crack kick does not add jp2 as usual, hence all the nifty followups.
me & pokey86(juggle mechanics guide) were messing w/these aa focus attack followups a lil while back & he started all of his w/crackkick but no bingo… i started a lot of mine w/bingo but no crack kick :lol:(i posted a list in combo thread)

What does this mean? i looked through cody’s hitbox data (the one avaiable on torrents), the attack hitboxes on ex CU were the same as the regular CUs so i dunno why this would be a hitbox fix.
Could this be a mistranslation of the developers actually saying that the ex CU now has invincibility til the first hit?
i think this means on a “non grounded opponent”.
I assumed it that EX CU got more range, because if you tried to combo into it before the initial hit would usually miss.
no. ex cu didn’t changed. he just missinterpreted that cuz he didn’t read the sentence as a whole:

Yes you can. If you successfully aa with it or trade with it you can connect ultra 1. It would probably only work in the corner but I’m sure there’s a way to make it work mid screen.

full ultra juggle 2 is far from reliable. i figured out how to do it months ago, i have yet to get it in a real match. the timing and spacing is insanely strict. the main pre-requisite is that the dust can only hit once, then it depends on the opponent, then depends on the spacing. plus the setup only did like 330 damage or something IIRC. pretty crap damage for something insanely risky.
but i will eventually land this on someone in a real match =)

Okay I have a few questions about Cody AE
Thx in advance so far what I’m liking is Cody new “crack kick” but everything seems bleh they should have made his Ruffians kick at least one of them safe since Gief/T Hawk range got bigger.
Ehh that is sad now I get why people who have the opportunity to play AE say they should have give him more buffs. Oh well I don’t expect a patch because surly they would wait for AE turbo version instead.

Cody’s AE changes are truly dissapointing. What he needed the most and the only thing he needed was ex CU being invincible til the first active frame. Instead they gave him a bunch of random jargon. Someone over at capcom must truly despise cody.
So guys, what were all the ways he ways nerfed (other than exzonk change/nerf/buff w/he u wanna call it)? Was his stun changed? His stun being good was his best contending feature which complemented his footsies. If they gave him more walk speed, he’d probably get a stun nerf.
Look at Zangi changes, worse or better? Worse!
But how much better is the Honda matchup, and Blanka matchup I bet?
Well I’m switching to Cody from Ken.
The only change for him was Crack Kick>>>into better juggles, and crouch LK is 3frames. Thats it, no other buffs no other nerfs.
