Kara-canceling is normals is not the same as canceling normals retards.
You can cancel Ryu’s c.mk into a fireball, but you can’t kara-cancel if it wiffs (in this game) Notice the difference noobsauce?

anywho, i still say demon flip -> air hadoken should work (even if they have to do somethign lame like only allow one direction for where the fireball could go, or lower the damage, or whatever)
No no no. Demon flip fireball would be either completely nuts or completely useless depending upon implementation. No in-between.
i honestly don’t use akuma enough to know whether it would be that extreme.

Focus Attack lvl 3 Tasmanian Devil does not work?Does it wiff because of hitboxes, or it just cant hit?This seems weird if EX zankuu teleport xx ultra 2 works, but FA lvl2 ultra 2 doesnt.Maybe if you cancel a teleport into it gives it some special attributes?Could FA LVL 2 teleport xx ultra2 work?Also as mentioned before wiff jab up up KKK would seem to work just fine for AA situation, or cr.lk as cr.mk could recover too late.

^Seems like its only use is a punish. Bait a move, teleport through it and ultra them during their recovery.
That sounds okay, but you can punish mistakes with the raging demon for a lot more damage already. Plus it has invulnerability on startup…So I don’t know when I would be picking ultra 2 to be honest. Since you can’t hit crouching opponenets, you cannot bait a person to punish your teleport with a sweep and then ultra them. That sucks ass.
A player would have to be pretty bad to get hit by both hits of the EX Air FB. Has anyone tried buffering ultra 2 into the overhead chop LOL?

YIAZ-M, you can still combo cr.MP counter hit into far.HK, however because it is a 1 frame link it is no longer hit-confirmable. You cannot wait, see if the cr.MP hits on Counter Hit and then throw out the far.HK into combo. You must input the far.HK far too soon for the cr.MP to be a hit-confirm. Which means it is effectively useless against characters who can duck the second hit on block.
SmileyMike101, the start up on Ultra 2 is so slow that after a Focus crumple, the opponent will fall to the floor before your hitbox becomes active.
seems like akuma will be mid tier in this game. maybe even shitty tier now because everyone seems to be getting buffs but akuma got nerfed. funny how sagat got buffed and had better options than the hk loop that akuma had. well, guess it’s not worth using him anymore to practice in sf4.
