I dont think he’s like a mini Rufus because his dives dont hit overhead , plus he cant obliterate your crouch tech with dives if you crouch tech with like cr.mp and use ex st sparingly. On the other hand , he is worse than Rufus in the fact that you can’t lame him out because of his pseudo-safe lunges.
if Yun isnt blowing up your crouch techs then you’re playing some shitty ass Yuns, my Day 1 Yun blew up some Rose and Sim players with just dives and throws.
also, LOL@ EX SHC against palm, idk what you’re referring to with “counts as a projectile” coz palm rapes projectiles, and Palm beats EX SHC clean.

What you have to bear in mind is that since it hasn’t been out for a huge amount of time and people are still getting to grip with the changes, this might not be the case.
Take it for example people were like “Omg, he ha invul on EX.ST now” couple of weeks later “Nah, just fluked it.”
EX SHC is the worst EX move of all time =(
Ex SHC is okay. If the screen is positioned correctly a blocked one won’t get you punished too hard.
Hey guyz cool thing to mention in AE involving yang punish his dive kicks with j.H claw works better then j.grab just pointing that out 
I have no AE experience myself, but from what I have seen, it looks like st.hk and backdash will work really well against the twins, correct me if I am wrong, but it doesn’t look insurmountable like some people make it out to be. They look really weak defensively as well.
As far as the changes go, I actually don’t see vega getting any worse. His changes aren’t terrible, a lot of other characters changes are way worse, and in some of his worst matchups no less like abel and guile for example. He might do better just from that.
a blocked ex.shc will get you ultraed…lol…
st.hk work wonders but it has to be times correctly during their dive kicks or your f****d once the twins get in they get in. back dash works well but not on dive kick cause they can link into other things
I figured backdashing against a scouted dive kick would be best actually.
Yuns i play option select st.mp or lunge punch so backdashing isnt really that viable.
st.mp st and st.hk are all really good for stuffing dives

u2 can SUCK A DICK as anti crossup. it will only catch those really really crappy cross up attempts. there were FOUR times where i tried it as an anti crossup and the fuckers blocked it every time. still a half decent aa if the opponent isnt paying attention

zangief reversaled me so easily with the slightest misplacement it made me want to cry. on the plus side eating a random ex banishing flat from him doesn’t lead to insta-gib anymore since you can escape it pretty much every time with a jump back fierce
So those really REALLY stupid jumps from like, half a screen away where when U2 was still normal, if you weren’t catching them from that much of a jump away, you’re either A: an idiot, or B: Slow as anything with reactions and in that case why the hell are you playing Vega?

Well in America and im not sure if this extends to Canada, but when you use the term “you people” it refers to you and anyone like you. Mostly used by politicians to slander a person and his community or associates. It did not help that your example’s where singular, which I know for a fact is stressed a lot in English class on this side of the hemisphere. That form of writing gets someone an F in class or an angry mob/person.
It’s interesting to because I would assume British English would be much more strict in its use of syntax. Knowing that (perhaps a sterotype) that British English does use words like it’s, isn’t, I’m, etc.
But its official AE can suck a dick, or eat it.

even with all the doom and gloom i speak, i still like to use vega. he’s a bit worse than he was in super… it’s just that the nerfs (or redesign if someone wants to spin it that way) aren’t justified for any reason. again i must reiterate c.mk is very fun to toy around with even though it’s directly in that “im trouble if he jumps” range. this is all stuff everyone has talked about before. i guess i have trouble letting it go 
i find it very disheartening to know that whenever i character switch to bison the win tally sky rockets in my favour. the difference between difficulty of use and effectiveness in battle is night and day, it’s hard to NOT bitch about vega… lol
oh and
yes this extends to canada. and on a side note canadian english is closer to british english funny enough, though it’s often acceptable that the american way is used. so long as your form of writing is consistent no one really cares unless you’re in law or something.
