Have they said anything about EX Cannon Strike being easier to punish?

Oh whoops well I know someone mentioned it when they were doing the location tests for Super but I guess someone just thought it was.

with the buffs to fei long and the nerfs to cammy, that match up in AE makes me very, very fearful.

The only way Ill still play cammy after this is if her normals become better enough not just to give more frame advantage but to BEAT other stuff as well, and if they make her Spiral arrows a lot safer. Otherwise this is really dissapointing and Ill likely just play someone else. This was really my favorite character that I have put time into thus far by a long shot and I just started getting good with her. What can you do?

Well you gotta take playtester impressions with a grain of salt, may be a different build or they may feel it’s better. I main Ken along with Cammy and during Super Console impressions we got a lot of “Ken’s got better dash, fireball, sweep, walking speed” impressions etc… none of that was true at all…

Anyway I’m hoping that the SA’s are now safer…

seth was perfect in vanilla, they managed to fuck him up on super but arcade changes totally sucks, they killed his zooning

I just hope that with the height restriction to cannon strike that they at least make it active for longer or that they increase the hitstun on it.

maybe we need the normal buffs after all, fat ass Rufus owned sako using just sweep jump back fierce and standing strong. also he punished him hard for mistakes. also Jwong was mashing throw alot, which sako didnt take advantage off.

I don’t know… I take Seth’s words with a grain of salt… he’s been wrong or exaggerated things many times.

I believe her dive kick is gonna be the same height as Juri/Viper/Shoto Air Tatsu minimum height (which is about the height of Shoto’s head)… It seemed logical and it’s human nature for them (programmers) to be lazy about it and just use one of the pre-existing minimum height code that’s already in the engine… I hope I am wrong… but …

Seth and Ono are both confirmed liars, I’m surprised people are still listening to them.

Well seth said the cammy pressure is still there its just that we can’t whiff them full screen to build meter, which tbh wasn’t a very good way of building meter anyway. Im still holding out on my opinion till i see some gameplay.

Basically. See Fei-Long and Gen in general.
