Stopped by recently with non-gamers after some drunken shit talking. The ST machine was out of order. The MvC2 cab was functional, but none of the characters were unlocked. On the plus side, they got Giga Wing.
ST is no longer at Full Tilt from what I hear, but they do have TMNT Turtles in Time
