9:00 PST is still the deadline… the writeup may be a little late, as a store is selling GTAV a little early, and I want to pick it up since I won’t have a car to do so tomorrow… and if thats the case, depending on when I’m back, it may be a little late
What disadvantages?
Well, he can speak for himself but what do you do when someone is called out for their random/intentional choices and there’s no real list out there yet to prove anything?
Well that’s the importance of ignoring everyone’s results until the UC is dead. This is merely a tactic to prevent the LG block from hindering the UC.
Night 1: Explosive Situation
Everybody was locked away asleep in their rooms, as the night ticked away. Waiting for everyone to fall asleep, he snuck out of his bed and started to stalk the halls of the 2Fort base. He knew who he wanted, and he had a feeling they would be out of bed tonight. As he came out to the balcony, he looked out across the peaceful battlefield. It was so serene when it was dark, the water was so still. Then something caught his eye, it was a Red flash jumping across the rooftop of the bridge. He looked closer, and realized it was a Red Scout coming for his base.
He smiled. Perhaps tonight was going to be exciting after all.
Azure jumped from the rooftop, and landed right onto the top floor of the 2Fort Base. He checked his watch, almost as if he was supposed to meet somebody here. He looked around impatiently.
“Come on, where is he?” said Azure, looking around nervously.
The team BLU pyro stepped out from his hiding spot, and bathed **Azure **in flames.
“Ow, ow, fuggidty Ow!” said Azure, double jumping his way back over to the bridge and submerging himself in the water. **Azure **disappeared beneath the surface of the water, breaking its mirrored surface as ripples were sent across the pond.
The Pyro raised his flamethrower above his head, cheering in a taunt against the Scout he had successfully repelled.
However, lost in celebration, he didn’t hear **Saxton **sneaking up behind him.
“Goodbye, Pyro” taunted Saxton.
**Cyntalan’s **eyes went wide, as she felt Saxton rip the fuel link from her tank, spurting gas everywhere. Saxton lifted the Pyro with one hand, pulling a match from his pocket and striking it against his chin. He lit the pyros fuel line on fire. Hale tossed Cyntalan into the base, through the wall. Flames shot out behind her, as she scurried for water, a medic kit, anything to help.
But it was too late.
With a loud explosion, Cyntalan’s fuel tank exploded, slamming her lifeless body into various pieces of furniture scattered around the room.
Back on the balcony, Saxton Hale smiled. He saw something flying from across the courtyard, and instinctively reached up to catch it. He looked at what he had caught… it was Azures head, looking like it was in shock. Hale smiled. He looked across the yard, and saw his clone standing opposite on the balcony. They both waved, laughed to themselves, then retreated back to their beds before anybody noticed they were missing.
Cyntalan, please PM me your last gasp
It is now Day 2, votes are due Wednesday at 9:00 AM PST (in 36 hours)
WELL NEVER MIND THEN.
I hope Cynt got super lucky in his first investigation.
Gonna wait for the last gasp and then lock in my vote.
Actually, I can change it later if I need to.
Lynch: Hecatom
Aww. And here I was laughing at the other guys for losing their Pyro so early in the game.
Time to sift through our lousy 3 pages of posts and see what sticks out.
Sucks, was a good thought.
Too many beers for a monday night to say anything useful. Except it seems a tad early in the phase to vote but you seem to have a plan so I guess you do you, mayne. Ill look at the thread tomorrow after class to see if anything stands out
Cyntalan didn’t do what he usually does, get that upset at a perceived stupid No Lynch as the first day option. He also stayed away completely from the AC plan here.
They gave theirs up. Damn lucky Red’s stole ours from us. We still are ahead, in just grasping for positives with the current events. :shake:
That’s his “middle ground list” and the group of players he put together after counting up posts.
Alpha, you were the only one that didn’t get grilled by Cyntalan or answer him when he pointed you out. You were busy with other conversations but never had time to get back to it.
Would checking you out be a waste of his only chance to investigate a player?
By the way… Cyntalan: Innocent
Am I doing it right?
So after looking at previous interactions, I’m thinking there’s one mafia among ForgeDigger and orochizoolander and another among Hecatom, Exodus., and WTF-AKUMA-HAX.
ForgeDigger/orochizoolander: I doubt mafia would pull a play where they go at each others’ throats so early in the game. That kind of tactic would be more useful later in the game where everyone is getting pressure put on them - so you throw your partner under the bus to exonerate yourself. That said, if one of them is mafia, it’s probably safe to say the remaining one is clean. If neither are mafia, then I’m going to look at the group of Combo_Knight, AlphaCommando, and Sumazndude because I don’t believe both mafia would have gone with that Mr.Mattroxx lynch wagon (though I could be wrong, but nah).
Hecatom/Exodus/WTF-AKUMA-HAX: WAH started that lynch wagon, and this early in the game, I think mafia would play it safe and follow one instead. He’s the least suspicious of the three to me. So that leaves the other two and I’m getting more bad vibes from Hecatom than Exodus.
Combo_Knight/AlphaCommando/Sumazndude: They seem the clean to me so far.
Augustus: But he’s definitely the cleanest man here. Don’t lynch him.
I have now grouped you all and this is what I will stick by unless some better stuff comes up. I need a new target, too. I’ve dropped the hat obsession; it’s all about the sunglasses now. You’re up Hecatom.
Well, shit. I didn’t notice that Exodus. has both a hat and sunglasses. What am I supposed to think now?
That depends on how the rest of you perceive my value. If you all feel that I am worth keeping around, then an investigation on me would be the second best outcome (with a Mafia investigation being the first) in order to give the Medic a safe protection target.
Otherwise, I’d prefer an investigation of someone that hasn’t stood out at either end to allow them to loosen up and not worry about being lynched/get a free Mafia lynch if they turn out to be Mafia.
well shit that aint too good, at least we didn’t lynch him like the other game did their pyro.
his last gasp will give us some insight here as it’s the closest thing to clues that are concrete. Well lets get busy here peeps, that wasn’t the best hit to take.

By the way… Cyntalan: Innocent
Am I doing it right?
All except that that doesn’t matter any more, because the UC is dead now. We just have to wait for his LG to see who he investigated last night. And its a monocle, jackass.
I was hoping Cynt wouldn’t have investigated AC, but maybe it would help. But maybe Cynt thought it was a mafia play to get UC to role reveal early on, maybe it was haha. Still think it would have been p useful
Cyntalan’s last gasp:
Finally get a role, and I’m out night 1. Well shit.
ForgeDigger did not go extra crispy, but is original flavor (read: he’s blu, thus safe).
WAH just rang some bells with me though, and I still am looking at Hecatom funny. Press on these two.
Sadly, I got nothing else. Good luck!
Well I kinda already figured Forge was civ. If he was Hale, I’m convinced he was telling the truth when he said he’d pick me. That and I doubt anyone else would’ve picked him. Not the most useful investigation (at least for me), but at least we’ve got a confirmed civ.
