Tgg I think I even said it made me nervous that oz was agreeing with me on ac, he doesn’t usually agree with me so it was the main reason I suspected him when ac flipped civ
@Aidebit - I think my assessment is accurate. Your posts haven’t shared anything enlightening. You react more to others posts or events more than sharing your own opinion others or events.
Your response to my post surprised me really because I thought you were doing it on purpose. I rechecked and I still feel the same way. I wont push your lynch because I dont think anyone else would agree but yourself and Augusts were part of the flip flopping on the AC lynch and you both are posting similar content in my opinion.
The only only difference between you 3 is this:
Hecatom - Is already catching flack for his posts.
Augustus - Has admitted that his posts are fluff and doesn’t care.
You - question why I think your posts are fluffy when I think anyone can go back and see that they are.
Incriminating? No. But recent evens put it in my line of sight.
Chief, when did I ever say any of that? Especially the part about me not caring? My reply to Forge was not implying either of those things.
And my actions during the last couple of minutes of Alpha’s lynch weren’t ‘shenanigans’. I was legitimately trying to help the guy out after you pointed out the scattered votes thing. I don’t know why [italicize]you[italicize] didn’t do anything.
I care about winning. But I also care about staying alive and making the game fun for myself (even though some might disagree with what exactly I find fun).
I didn’t know. But I caught on after your post and I assumed you thought the same. But okay, fair enough. It just seems like a strange thing for you to point out but let it happen anyway.
I see. Thank you. I was asking mostly to see why. I had a feeling that my posts would be construed in that way, but I would like to understand exactly why. Personally, I wouldn’t say that I flip-flopped, because I legitimately thought that it would go to a tie, which would have been a bad outcome. I would have kept my vote on IWA if Augustus didn’t do anything to shuffle it up.
Anyway, I’m gonna state my case versus IWA.
I think he’s guilty because of that Icege accusation. It seemed sorta… well, it’s like he was trying to say something that everyone knew pretty well. I mean, it’s nice that he’s going out of his way to make cases on people, but it seemed sort of forced, like a mafia teammate asked him to bring attention to Icege.
And, if you all remember the start of this game, IWA said something about being surprised about how much he’d have to read in this game, yet he brought up Icege’s behavior last game. He mentioned spectating the last game, however, so this is a relatively weak point.
I’m gonna collect some more information, to make sure that I’m seeing something for real here.
I blamed myself for HAX and Skizzz not signing up. I think I took the game too seriously as well as maybe too far in some instances and it ruins the game for people.
I have no problem with you having fun. I just think not pointing out what I see would be worse.
@Augustus I was starting to figure as much, seeing as you’ve been doing it incessantly since the beginning of the game. Which could be meaningful if you are mafia - and I still think you could be.
@Bious why am I your placeholder?
@Hecatom’s been catching up on the thread for about 2 hours now, btw.
@Aidebit well i actually did spectate somewhat in the last game that was played, you can actually see this for yourself because i called lordwilliam a bitch because he was complaining about older games being hard or something. In that game it was discussed alot about icege being gone alot so that is what i had to compare with. The reason for my “having to read” post was because i was honestly surprised by how many posts were made since i last checked it. I am familiar with mafia games because of twitch but those are live and happen in real time and this is a big difference. Spectating last game was reading some as it went by but playing means i have to try to keep up with the thread and go back and read. I really only joined because the game involves phoenix wright but i completely underestimated the time commitment this game takes.
What i do find strange is that you seemed to vote for me for no reason and then hecatom voted for me because i did not answer a question that had already been answered and then used that as a reason to vote me. Then augustus came in and voted for me at the last minute without reason. However what i find the strangest is that you switched your vote off me in the last minute. Why did you do that when you thought i was guilty, why not instead just try to rally more people to vote me rather than alpha. I think people would have felt better with me dead over alpha. I think you didnt try to rally because it would have been seen that you were pulling so hard to get a civ lynched then you would have stuck out like a sore thumb and questioned.
This is just a placeholder for now but @missingperson aidebit is guilty.
