I dabbled in Magic for only a little bit - around the same time as when you stopped PW. 3rd edition, Ice Age around there. I didn’t really play either, just with my sister. I remember Seraphin Angel and Tundra being my most valuable cards.
I dislike that there isn’t a purple faction.

There actually almost was. IIRC the creator of the game was thinking about putting in purple as a sixth color but decided not to.
I got into MtG originally right around when Homelands hit. I stuck around 'til Weatherlight. Just jumped back in when Theros hit, though.

Demonic Tutor alone is sold for a solid 20 regardless of set unless it’s really beat up, and those are the ones from a recent set. The old ones are being sold for 80 at “Moderately Played”. And that’s with it being out of standard for a decade.

The dual lands are very valuable. I traded mine away because in the middle school meta, I’d rather have a royal assassin than a tundra or swamplands.
Yeah, old trading cards are stupid expensive. Dual lands with no downside > Dual lands with downside that are tourney legal apparently :lol:
Now I have to figure out a way to cash in. I should look at my other card collections too - baseball, marvel, GI Joe lol.
If you have a local card shop check with them to see how much they’d pay, check online TCG sites, you could put it up on Ebay or a similar site.
If you sell it, people will pay too damn much to buy it.
