You’re asking for my thoughts so far? Funny you ask that. I actually think you’ve been acting the most suspicious from the start. Well, next to pie’s "[color=“red"edit[/color],” anyway. You mentioned somewhere (I can’t currently look for it because I’m mobile) that OZ had tried to pull off the same edit shenanigan when he was civ. However, if memory serves me correctly, OZ was mafia - the last one to die. Normally I’d write that off, but I’m pretty sure you ran that game. GMs don’t forget the funniest ploys, especially the ones that mafia get away with. I’ve been on the other side of this kind of game and I know this for a fact.
Now, of course, I could be remembering incorrectly. But for now, you and pie are my biggest suspects.
I won’t stop there, though; I’ll humor you and post some other suspicions I have.
I’m getting a small nagging in the back of my mind that Alpha is a civ, but his actions so far have skewed my opinion otherwise. He always plays the same way when he’s mafia, and since there’s no way to commit to #fuzzday1, he’s had to come up with other ways to make himself seem less suspicious. It could just be that these are not normally Alpha’s style, but I’m getting bad feeling from him. Since I know that he has the potential to be an exceptional civilian coupled with the fact that he’s never lived past day 3 as mafia, I’m fine with letting him go on floundering until I’m certain.
I also get the feeling that if AC is mafia, OZ may also be mafia. This is circumstantial, though. It’s very possible that they are both civilians looking for a confirmed ally, but it’s more probable that one of them is mafia, or even both of them. Small suspicions, though.

Hold up. Nope. Your recall on that event is jumbled.
I remember it distinctly being in the EOW game. Why would I know this to be true? One, because I was the GM that game, and two, because OZ had sent me a PM after doing it to tell me that if I saw it, that he hadn’t really edited so that I wouldn’t kneejerk DQ him on seeing it.
Look at it from my perspective. I came up with the idea for the bet as a way to get civs to trust me when I’m civ as it is enforceable by any mod on GD (although despite that you and several others have made poor reads on me over and over again). So in that regard it was a very clever idea however, the downside is that I obviously can’t agree to the bet during the games where I am mafia, so if I were to agree to the bet every time I was a civ then it would make it way too easy to know when I’m civ and when I’m mafia. So you see it would be to my detriment in the long run to always accept the bet.
@forgedigger did you bother reading my posts? If you had you would see that it is highly unlikely for either AC or I to be mafia so you either suspect us both or neither of us. And just to make things clear because a lot of you have poor reads when it comes to my alignment this is not some code speak of me and AC being lovers.
@vynce FYI I wasn’t defending you so much as I was berating bious for simply voting off a hunch AKA a random guess when we have at least a little info to go on you would think players here would use some rational thought in their voting process like me.
@dukec most games I’m very active although unfortunately a lot of the time and this game will be no exception. I won’t let mafia manipulate and railroad this game. We need solid, logic and evidence based critical thinking to see us through as long as we stick to that we should win.
So I just woke up from sleeping for 14 hours (fuck being sick), and quickly skimmed through the thread. Ima go back and read through all the posts more carefully during class and post my suspicions then.

Having Neil alive has more advantages for us in the long run imo
I think that many if not all players here know that role claiming, if offers an advantage for us is not bad, but the way that you suggested it seems to suspicious imo :wonder:
