Well, after catching with the thread i have some things that i want to share.
Well i don’t agree at all with 3SL RC i can see the logic behind it, the problem seems is that he didn’t take into account the enforcer role (apparently because a missunderstanding from his part on how it woekrs if i read it correctly)
In the case that he is really the Vigi, i think that we should be prepared for the worst, as Chief said we should work assuming that we don’t have a vigi.
If he is lying i ask the real vigi to hold his kill for now.
The more i think about it the more i think that is less possible for 3SL being mafia, there is too much risk for little reward to RC this earlier in hopes to catch a CC. Even if the idea is to get one of the Mafia Lovers killed to get an extra kill, this early on the game at least for me seems like a bad idea since they are losing a player and giving the vigi an extra slot in the process. The reward is not that great for the extra kill imo.
Another thing that i want to bring into attention is the lack of activity of Ki Shima.
You all know that i am a supporter of killing those who have not shown on the 1st day if there is not a better candidate.
And while with all the confussion with the current events (3sl, alpha), i am concerned about the lack of activity from Ki Shima.
Wort case scenario imo, is that he doesn-t show at all and miss the vote.
If by the end of this day cycle he doesn’t show he will be diqualified on day 2 if he miss the vote again, leading us to lose 3 players on that cycle.
BTW, the “RC” of Alpha as the medic…
I will think of it as a bluff for now, i know that Alpha is a strong player, so in no way i will think that he will risk a role after another player has RC, specially on a game where RC this early is a bad idea.
The way I see it is that it may cause confussion because we can’t be sure that you are telling the truth. I wouldn’t have a problem with this if there was a safe and surefire way to confirm that you are who you claim that you are though.
One way to do it would be to have you name your kill for tonight and if he dies we just accept you as the vigi and if no one dies then what? But imo it’s a bad options since wasting your only stock on a day one read doesn’t seem good to me.
I killed him as the vigi when he was a roleless civ in the Apoc game (XIII). Can’t see any reason other than that he’s still mad about that. And for the umpteenth time there’s no space in my name :lol:
I think there is a smokescreen going on, but I don’t know where it’s happening and where it’s intentions lay in relation to the civ cause. *
*I’ve been sitting on this post from 3SL. I’ve remained tight lip about it so I could see how he responded but his answer to our questions still don’t make me feel any more convinced of his RC. And more importantly guaging if his goal is helpful to the civ cause. Simply put I don’t believe his “I want to get off my ability before I die :(” excuse. If you reread his initial posts between pages 1 and 3 you’ll see how cool and calm he was, and how even he thought RCing being a less-than-ideal move this early. How he does a complete 180 this easily during day 1 is a complete head scratcher.

During my time as a co-GM I noted how most people with roles pm’d us GM’s to learn not only how their roles worked, but how it interacted with the other roles and questioned how the other roles worked indepedently of one another. *
I agree with most of things that you said, however I don’t think that last part is right.
I’m pretty sure that since we have alternates (bloodymess and 2? others?), inactives in this game are going to be replaced by the alternates as opposed to just being DQ’ed.
This makes it so we don’t have to worry about Ki no-showing because we won’t lose an extra person on day 2.
Speaking of inactives though, has @LimeGreenPatato made any more posts after the couple early where he was buddying up to MP?

@Vynce Go ahead lead a wagon against me, I don’t think I’ve said anything suspicious thus far so you have nothing on me at the moment, also like I explained my bet tactic is too helpful for me to give up as a 1 time thing (despite always getting lynched early due to mafia manipulating civs) sorry.
