Once again, my apologies to the MAFIA. You guys were indeed playing a solid game. Like I stated in my last post, I know what to do and what not to do next time, so I hope you guys will sign up again if I make another game.

str[e]ak, thanks for the words. The WITNESS is a civilian who sees all 6 mafia members plotting to wreck the town before the game begins. So basically, the witness knows who all the mafia members are before the game even starts.

Good game guys. I am surprised I lasted as long as I did. I thought I was gone the first week. I’d be down to play again.

Congrats to the Mafia members, you destroyed us big time. Being the witness was fun but hard since I couldn’t say anything.

Thanks for hosting this SWBeta. It’s the first one so don’t worry too much about it. Everyone learns. I still had a ton of fun.

Wow, PuFF knew who was Mafia from the beginning :amazed:. I think a lot of the extra roles added another level to the game. You should include them next time.

TBH wasn’t suprised at any of the list, apart from Drunken Geordie. At one point fairly early on I did think he was maffia, but his persistance in helping vote for people won me over. Mind, we ended up voting for all civillians, so maybe I should’ve gone for him.

Even Puff made sense, because whilst I thought he was a civillian, there was something off about his behaviour. It’s cool that there were a few special roles. I think next time have more? I read on wikipedia about the different roles, there are some really cool ones.

I would like to be ‘village idiot’ next time pls.

Yeah, other than the fuckups, this was a fun game, haha.

GG’s to all and yeah I def looked pretty mafia at the end. I’m sure the second game will be more streamlined.

Yup, but sadly I didn’t get to use it to my full advantage. Thats why I singled out Wepeel pretty quick to see if anyone would ride the wave. But that was my fatal mistake that kept me scrambling the whole time :rofl:

So if the witness saw who the mafia is, can they post who they are? As a medic I was very lost on who to be saving. I mean I even saved a Mafia person. So what does the undercover cop do?

You can, but you can’t tell anyone your the witness. So you pretty much just have to convince everyone that someone is a mafia member.

SWBeta, you did a great job in general (besides that last round which was plenty weird), and the narration you provided was really nice, including those subtle hints. Thanks again for doing this, was a lot of fun.

What subtle hints am I talking about…? Well, this one I really gotta point out cuz I found it hilarious. So when SWBeta announced our killing of Streak, he comes in and posts his last words, including something like “watch out for those little girls.”

Then right after his post, supreme jd, with his little girl avatar, posts :rofl: hella subtle hints

The bad guesses made this game so free for us, until that last round when people were starting to catch on…regardless, it was pretty much over by then. It’s too bad the game was plagued with a few AFKs, I would play again for sure.

Thanks SWBeta, I had fun. Knowing there was a witness make my role feel much less important. I investigated everyone but the Mafia until the end. Props to Supreme DJ for a well played game.

This was a pretty fun game. Hopefully things go right next time and we get to see it to the end. Right now, Im trying to get links to the other games sogeking, swbeta, and I played. These will give you an idea of what kind of games, strategies, roles and what not. Will keep you guys posted.
