I am watching Hello Titty #4 tonight :tup:
It was made near the end of the SNES’s lifespan, so CAPCOM was very “conservative” in sending copies over to North America, fearing it wouldn’t sell well because the demand for their games the previous quarter weren’t meeting the supply they had created.
So now its 100+ dollars.

You guys see Dark Prince on FGTV last night? Random as fuck. Hilarious too, dude has the strangest laugh.
Emulate all of them, it takes 10 minutes and it saves you 300$. Emulating is better than the real thing in some ways since you have a shitload of different options to choose from+can use a pad anyway. If I wasn’t lazy I’d have a SNES, Genesis, MAME, GGPO and NES emulator and a shitload of roms. Actually, I might have multiple emulators+roms on my USB thumb drive. I need to check that out.
Depends on if you’re one of those people that don’t like the “flaws” that emulators provide. Most emulators gun for speed before accuracy, so they build a shitload of workarounds on things they can’t emulate accurately, not to mention the speed hacks they perform lead to a ton of timing issues that you won’t see on an actual console or an emulator striving for accuracy over speed.
A friend of mine did a lot of research into this a while back. bSNES is made with accuracy in mind, and suddenly the thing needs a modern i5 overclocked to hell and back to run things at full speed, but it does so with near perfect accuracy.
I don’t like emulators.
Because console games are meant to be played on the couch, on a CRT tv with controllers that have the grime of my youth.

I used SNESX9 for all my SNES emulation, but I forget what Genesis and NES emu’s I used. What I played felt a 100% identical to me playing it on the actual console. SNESX9 >> every other SNES emulator I tried.
@ Odin: Buy 2 wires and have the same experience from your PC. I can hook up my PC to my tube TV or HDTV all while playing on a pad a good distance away from the TV on a couch while emulating X game with big tatty porn in another tab.
Get a modded Xbox. Anyway not a big fan of emulators on arcade games I really like. I have to get the original.
Also its such a fucking pain try to browse srk with a phone these damn ads. Every fucking click the ad plays.

If you have a computer capable, bSNES shits all over SNES9x. Even in compatibility mode (the mode that doesn’t require $2000 worth of hardware). A friend of mine has a retrobox hooked up to his TV just for this purpose, runs bSNES in compat mode, but only has an AMD APU (shoutouts to Rabbit, his build) instead of dedicated CPU/Video Card. Still runs perfectly fine. But the difference between it and SNES9x are night and day when you compare 'em.
