The only thing the 80s was cool ass villain names (Megatron, Krag, Skeletor) beyond that none of that shit stands up. The 90s has a ton of shit that can still be enjoyed today (BTAS, Recess, Hey Arnold, etc).

Point being 90s >>>>> 80s and to keep it all the way funky 40-50s >>> * cuz Looney Toons and Merrie Melodies still crush 98% of animation in all statistical categories
