I had to pull a 16hr shift and they wanted me to turn around and work on my days off? No. I’m good. They’re making me and the other two guards work 16hr shifts instead of re-working the schedule so we can have our regular 40hr/week schedules. My supervisor has her 40hrs Mon-Fri and doesn’t have to do tours around the facility.
Hell, I trained my supervisor and 3 other supervisors to work the site… And I’m still a regular employee.
I’ve had shitty managers, but, working with Securitas has been nothing but a nightmare. The pay isn’t worth it either. I did almost 30hrs OT and it was maybe $100 more in my check.
