After the recent Japanese earthquake and resulting comments of “Payback for Pearl Harbor”, I can finally say to the south that these tornadoes are retribution for Civil War. Suck it! 
I’m pretty sure presumption of innocence does indeed apply to everyone. I mean, I’m not a lawyer, but my 5 minute wikipedia research confirms as much. If I’m wrong, I’m willing to admit it, so if you have a link that says otherwise I’ll take a look at it.

I’m trying not to be horribly bloody-thirsty when it comes to the southern tornadoes, but the south has been extra-stupid as of late (like they need to try) even knowing that not everyone down there is a complete idiotic asshole (or that people outside of the south are automatically geniuses just because). It’s been really difficult though.
He has a right to feel that way. I feel the same. Only thing keeping me from a rant is that he died in a firefight, so I’ve already stated that I don’t expect US forces to try to arrest him rather than kill him. Too much trouble if he got away, and we didn’t wanna lose any (more) american troops over this.
