Head gaskets in general are a bitch, especially on front wheel drive cars with small engine compartments. Actually changing the head gasket is almost always easy. The work and expense comes from getting to the thing.
Pretty much. Hell the gasket is only a 5 dollar part. It’s digging through all the shit on top of it that is a pain but really if you just have patience it’s not as hard as mechanics would like you to believe…unless it’s a Ford. Fuck those engines.

Yeah, but like you said, with the Joker isn’t infrequent and Sandman, while popular, probably doesn’t bring DC to mind for most people that even know about it. I wasn’t aware about Final Crisis, but I don’t really count “events” as having any baring on…well anything.

I’m only vaguely aware of Animal Man, but I was aware of this, which is why I tried to make the distinction of well-known/popular characters. Hell, Animal Man didn’t even show up in JLU, where even Jonah Hex showed up a couple of times. Also, isn’t he still dead at present?
As for The Main Man, that’s true, but his 90s ship has sailed for the most part. Unlike Deadpool who evolved beyond that and is wildly popular enough to make it into non-comic media, including movies, The Main Man only ever appeared in the Superman cartoon. Did he ever even appear in the JLU series? I don’t think he did.
I can’t tell whether this is you rhetorically mocking me for perhaps overstating the fact that they’re only really a couple (which is still more than I expected to play C. Viper, much less be competent with her) or if you’re genuinely curious. I’m going to assume, perhaps naively, that it’s the latter and point to Kaylond and Kbeast.
